平台经济作为数字经济时代的新兴经济形态，正在重塑传统的商业生态，形成新质生产力和新的经济增长点。然而，由于平台经济市场边界模糊，大型企业垄断趋势不断加强，为其监管过程造成了不小的难题。党的二十届三中全会提出，“促进平台经济创新发展，健全平台经济常态化监管制度”。今年《政府工作报告》进一步提出要“促进平台经济规范健康发展，更好发挥其在促创新、扩消费、稳就业等方面的积极作用”。本文通过对平台经济发展模式及其推动新质生产力发展优势的梳理，进一步剖析平台经济在监管方面存在的难题，进而提出完善平台经济监管规制、促进平台经济健康有序发展的政策建议。
