核电、服务机器人继续高增，机床、激光加工、船舶制造加速增长，锂电、锅炉设备筑底向上，叉车、基础件、工程机械、油气装备、起重运输稳定增长 。2025Q1/2025Q2 ，核电设备（+67.8%/+18.1% ）、服务机器人（+58.2%/+56.2%）同比增速较高；机床设备（+0.9%/+10.8%）、激光加工（ +12.2%/+21.5% ）、船舶制造（+9.8%/+35.4% ）加速增长；叉车（+5.9%/+9.4%）、基础件（+9.3%/+12.5%）、工程机械（+11.8%/+7.5%）收入增速较稳健；油气装备（+13.6%/+6.0%）、起重运输（+10.3%/+2.4%）持续保持增长态势；锂电设备（-9.7%/+15.9%）、锅炉设备（-12.4%/+36.6%）筑底向上（注：以上数据均为同比）。

AIDC 机柜算力密度升级，推升高性能散热需求。AIDC 算力的密度较高，当前单机柜功耗已从 2-8kW 攀升至 20- 50kW，未来或将突破100kW。高功率密度运行时产生的大量热量若无法及时高效排出，将导致芯片结温过高，引发性能降频、设备可靠性下降。因此，高效的散热能力已成为保障 AIDC 算力输出质量的关键前提。同时叠加全球 AIDC 规模持续扩张，未来有望带动 AIDC 散热需求加速上行。
