原油价格有望维持中高位震荡：2024年以来，在OPEC+联合减产、美国低库存等背景下，原油价格仍然维持相对强势。我们认为，当前OPEC+减产延长，美国钻机数持续下低迷以及秋季石化需求提振对油价有一定利好，但同时全球经济下行、成品油累库压力仍存，汽柴油裂解上行动能不足，且OPEC+决定逐步取消自愿减产，其政策更多将表现为对油价托底作用，综合来看预计2024年油价或整体前高后低，全年预计布伦特在70-90美元/桶波动，油价中枢仍有望保持中高位。

截至 2024 年 8 月 22 日，布伦特原油、WTI 原油、俄罗斯 EPSO 原油、俄罗斯 Urals 原油价格分别为 77.22、73.01、69.36、72.68 美元/桶，近一个月主要油品涨跌幅分别为：布伦特原油（-6.29%）、WTI 原油（-6.88%）、俄罗斯 ESPO（- 10.34%）、俄罗斯 Urals（-6.29%）。2024 年年初至 2024 年 8 月22日期间不同油品涨跌幅分别为：布伦特原油（+1.75%）、WTI原油 （+3.74% ）、俄罗斯 ESPO （-6.59% ）、俄罗斯 Urals（+12.25%）。
