Heart failure is a chronic progressive condition that affects the pumping power of the heart muscles. Heart failure refers to a stage in which fluid builds up around the heart and makes it in-efficient in pumping. Humans have a four-chambered heart the upper half of the heart has two atria and the lower portion of the heart has two ventricles. The ventricles pump the blood to body organs, and tissues and atria receive the blood from the body to circulate the blood. There are two types of left ventricular failure, such as systolic heart failure and diastolic heart failure. The systolic heart failure is when the left ventricle fails to contract normally, whereas the diastolic dysfunction is when the heart muscle in the left ventricle becomes stiff.

Tailgates are the rear gates that are attached to the backside of the vehicle and are used to occupy the passengers at the back of the vehicle or to accumulate luggage. Tailgates used in a vehicle are of different types such as manually operated tailgates or the automatic tailgates and this depends on the level of autonomy of the vehicle. Owing to increased production and sales of the vehicle along with the technological upgradation in vehicles, manufacturers across the globe have introduced various products in tailgates, which leads to the growth of the automotive tailgate market across the globe.

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is the blockage or narrowing of the coronary arteries, that usually occurred by atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is the deposit of cholesterol and fatty matters, known as plaque on the inner walls of the arteries. Such buildup can restrict blood flow to the heart muscle by physically blocking the artery. Such a situation can cause chest pain which is called angina. Such cut off of blood supply to a portion of the heart muscle, may cause a heart attack.
