优化缩减约20%新股发行上市流程用时。北交所新股申购具有独特规则。投资者无需准备持仓市值即可参与，降低了申购门槛。申购时需全额缴纳资金，申购提交后资金即被冻结，直至申购结果公布。2023年8月21日，北交所联合中国证券登记结算有限责任公司发布实施修订后的《北京证券交易所股票向不特定合格投资者公开发行与承销业务实施细则》及两件配套指南，对北交所新股发行上市流程进行了优化，在不增加市场主体负担的前提下，着眼于内部流程改进和效率挖潜，将新股发行上市流程整体用时缩减了 20%左右。一是缩短申购资金冻结时长。二是缩减申购、上市环节的业务办理间隔。根据修订后规则，北交所打新资金冻结时间为2个交易日，未中签时，投资者在T日参与新股申购，资金于T日冻结，T+2日解冻，可在T+2日晚间清算交收后或T+3日查看资金返还情况。

2 月美国 CPI 环比增长 0.2%（前值 0.5%），同比增长 2.8%（前值 3.0%）。住房租金是 CPI 环比增长的较大贡献项，汽油和运输服务是较大拖累项。总体来看，美国通胀在 2 月有所降温，特朗普关税对物价的影响或尚未完整展现，仍需一定传导时间。2 月中旬以来，美国多项经济指标走弱，叠加关税政策以及债务上 限谈判的不确定性，美国经济衰退担忧明显升温，这也导致近期美股出现回调。2 月 偏弱的 CPI 数据或有助于缓解近期市场的滞胀担忧，但考虑到关税的不确定性仍将持续对美股情绪构成压制，风险偏好修复或仍需等待。CPI 数据公布后，美联储 2025 年降息预期变化不大，从 3.0 次/74.3bps 升至 3.1 次/78.4bps，仍定价美联储将在 3 月和 5 月的会议上按兵不动，在 6 月份会议上开启下一次降息。
