为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于推动5G网络加快发展的重要讲话精神，全力推进5G网络建设、应用推广、技术发展和安全保障，充分发挥5G新型基础设施的规模效应和带动作用，支撑经济高质量发展。3月24日，《工业和信息化部关于推动5G加快发展的通知》发布，《通知》提出，5G网络建设进度将加快，要求基础电信企业进一步优化设备采购、查勘设计、工程建设等工作流程，抢抓工期，最大程度消除新冠肺炎疫情影响。

截至2020年2月末，沪深两市上市公司3813家，流通市值48.25万亿元，总市值59.66万亿元。其中，沪市上市公司1599家，流通市值28.85万亿元，总市值34.68万亿元；深市上市公司2214家，流通市值19.41万亿元，总市值24.98万亿元。

2020年1-2月份，规模以上工业增加值同比实际下降13.5%（以下增加值增速均为扣除价格因素的实际增长率）。从环比看，2月份，规模以上工业增加值比上月下降26.63%。

2020年2月，受新冠肺炎疫情影响，汽车产销出现大幅下滑。生产端，企业因复工进度慢、零部件供应等问题导致产出水平低；消费端，产品消费停滞，市场需求受到严重抑制。乘用车、商用车产销均明显下降，其中商用车降幅低于行业平均水平；新能源汽车产销本月继续明显下降；中国品牌乘用车销量虽延续了上月快速下降趋势，但市场占有率比上月明显提高；小排量乘用车销售环比、同比均出现明显下降。出口方面，2月，我国汽车出口量环比、同比均明显下降，其中乘用车出口量同比下降4.3%，商用车出口量同比下降52.4%。

2020年2月末，银行业金融机构总资产规模为2882544亿元，同比增长8.2%，增速比上月提高0.1个百分点。总负债规模为2632291亿元，同比增长7.7%，增速与上月持平。

2020年2月共有54家信托公司成立1313款集合信托产品，募集资金1094.31亿元，环比下降43.84%。共有58家信托公司参与信托产品发行，共发行1591款集合产品，较2020年1月减少398款，环比下降20.01%。

2020年2月，我国货币运行平稳。今年以来，人民银行实施降准、加大公开市场操作，并下调政策利率，保持流动性合理充裕。在经历了1月末狭义货币（M1）增速首次降至0后，2月末货币增速全面反弹。央行公布数据显示，截至2020年2月末，广义货币（M2）余额203.08万亿元，同比增长8.8%，增速分别比上月末和上年同期高0.4个和0.8个百分点；狭义货币（M1）余额55.27万亿元，同比增长4.8%，增速分别比上月末和上年同期高4.8个和2.8个百分点；流通中货币（M0）余额8.82万亿元，同比增长10.9%。当月净回笼现金5062亿元。

The growth of the barrier film market is augmented by the huge demand for high-performance films, owing to the rising barrier requirements in multiple end-user industries. Flexible packaging formats, such as retort pouches, bags, and trays with wraps, are helping consumers with busy lifestyles and single-households and meeting their need for convenient packaging. The above-stated trends for food packaging are driven by the increasing dominance of large retailers in developed and developing economies where processed and packaged food, with shelf life extension and cost control, is preferred.

2020年2月原保险保费累计收入11768亿元，同比增长1.12%；受疫情影响，2月当月保费收入为2687亿元，同比下降14.37%。
