煤炭价格快速上涨受到广泛关注，12 月 12 日上午，国家发改委召集十家电力企业召开座谈会，研究当前煤炭供需形势，做好今冬明春煤炭保供稳价工作。会议要求电力企业煤炭采购价格不得超过 640 元/吨，若超过，需单独报告发改委，发改委对煤源进行调研。
