Asian economies remained soft over the past six months. The Philippines imported more rice after Super Typhoon Haiyan destroyed crops in November 2013, while India’s Food Safety destroyed crops and Standards Authority (FSSAI) blocked processed food shipments as they did not comply with labeling requirements. Most leading companies in the sector experienced moderate growth in sales and profitability in the latter half of 2013, fueled by higher overseas demand.Leading F&B companies faced less-impressive share performance. The average stock price of the leading food and beverage companies in the Asia-Pacific by revenues as tracked by Mergent increased by 7.24% over the six months period from August 8, 2013 to January 8, 2014. Merger and acquisition activity remained active throughout the six months, as companies sought economies of scale, aiming to maximize operating efficiencies and enhance market visibility. Initial Public Offerings (IPO) activity surged in the latter half of 2013 and was expected to remain active over the next six months.

20306.滇结香花对α葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性

对产于西藏的滇结香花选取极性大小不同的正己烷、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、水依次进行提取;建立体外α葡萄糖苷酶抑制模型,对提取物进行活性评价;选择活性较高的组分进行小鼠急性毒性及对高血糖模型小鼠降糖作用评价.结果显示,滇结香花水提物(EMW,1 000 mg/kg)对酵母和大鼠来源的α-葡萄糖苷酶均具有较好的体外抑制活性,活性高于阳性对照阿卡波糖.EMW并未发现明显的毒副作用,EMW中高剂量(每千克体重用药量)200 mg/kg和300 mg/kg给药对小鼠高血糖模型具有良好的降血糖作用.研究表明,EMW具有较好的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制及体内降糖活性.

20307.壳聚糖固定化S-腺苷甲硫氨酸合成酶

在大肠杆菌中重组表达了S-腺苷甲硫氨酸合成酶,然后以壳聚糖为载体,戊二醛为交联剂,对酶进行固定化研究.结果表明,最佳固定化条件为:壳聚糖质量浓度为2.5g/dL、戊二醛体积分数为0.8%、固定化酶量为6 mg/mL、固定化时间为12 h,该条件下所得固定化酶活性回收率为76%,固定化酶热稳定性较好,在55℃下保温5h仍保留53%的活力,而游离酶在50℃下保温5h则完全失活.固定化酶在碱性溶液环境的稳定性较高,在pH 7.5~9.0的缓冲液中4℃保温10 h酶活性仍保留80%以上.将固定化酶用于S-腺苷甲硫氨酸的合成,连续反应5批次后,酶活性仍保留64%.在底物三磷酸腺苷(ATP)浓度为30 mmol/L的条件下,固定化酶催化底物ATP的转化率超过95%.

20308.稀有人参皂苷C-K转化菌株的筛选鉴定及其转化特性

以原人参二醇型皂苷混合物为底物对10种霉菌进行筛选,发现3.26号菌株能够将高含量的原人参二醇型皂苷Rb1、Rb2、Rc等转化为具有抗肿瘤活性的稀有人参皂苷Compound K(C-K).经形态学和ITS序列分析鉴定,该菌株属于附球霉属(Epicoccum)真菌.从该菌株培养液中分离出人参皂苷水解酶粗酶E-I,确定其最适pH值和最适温度分别为pH 5.0和40℃.用E-Ⅰ分别转化人参皂苷Rb1和Rb2、Rc,发现它既能水解人参皂苷Rb1,也能水解Rb2和Rc,但是对Rb1的水解活性更强.上述结果说明:3.26号菌株产生的糖苷酶具有广泛的底物专一性,但是对葡萄糖苷键的专一性更高;该菌的生物转化途径为人参皂苷Rb1、Rb2、Rc→Rd→F2→C-K.

采用液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)技术研究了早薹对白花前胡根化学成分的影响,结果表明,早薹前后白花前胡根主要成分种类没有发生变化,均含Pd-Ⅰb、PeucedanumarinⅡ、白花前胡甲素、Peucedanumarin Ⅰ、白花前胡丁素、Pareruptorin E等6种成分,白花前胡甲素和白花前胡丁素含量较高.早薹前后白花前胡根主要成分之间的比例关系发生了较大变化.

20310.三七渣固态发酵生产蛋白饲料的动力学

对白腐菌(Phanerochaete Chrysosporium 5.776)/产朊假丝酵母(Candida utilis 2.281)固态发酵三七渣生产蛋白饲料的过程进行了研究,并建立了菌体生长和淀粉降解动力学模型.结果表明,以发酵培养物干基减重率作为表达菌体浓度的间接参数,菌体生长动力学适合采用对数模型进行描述,发酵培养物最大干基减重率Xm=49.68%,比生长速率常数μ=0.042 90 h-1.菌体生长速率在发酵84.8 h后达到最大值.淀粉的降解动力学适合采用指数模型进行描述,发酵过程中淀粉含量降低了26%,降解速率常数为0.015 9 h-1,淀粉的降解速率随着发酵时间的延长而逐渐变小.
