酒水:1)白酒:春节催化,白酒线上销售提速明显。阿里线上渠道白酒销售额17.87 亿元,同比+60.02%。分品牌看,茅台、五粮液、洋河销售额市占率分别为17.78/11.89/11.85%。2)啤酒:低基数高成长,线上渠道建设任重道远。阿里线上渠道啤酒销售额2.00 亿元,同比+43.04%。分品牌看,青岛、哈尔滨、百威销售额排名前三,市占率分别为19.30/11.17/9.31%。

疫情影响春节动销节奏,板块迎来布局良机。正值春节前夕,新型冠状病毒肺炎席卷全国,武汉于腊月29 封城,各地防控措施亦不断升级。复盘SARS 疫情,疫情冲击社零增速由03 年年初的10%至大幅下挫至5 月的4.3%,同样食品饮料板块受到强烈冲击,03 年相对大盘超额亏损约10%。但04 年随SARS 疫情走出+政策利好各子版块迎来强势反弹,开启5 年长牛行情。短期看,受本轮疫情影响,预计春节聚集性消费如酒水、饮料,走亲访友送礼型消费如乳制品,餐饮渠道消费如调味品、餐饮半成品等会一定程度受挫。反之,受益于居民囤货、休闲、免疫保健需求等,速冻食品、休闲食品、保健品子板块将迎来利好。长期看,我们认为当下肺炎疫情有望加速中小产能出清,看好行业整合机会。

受肺炎疫情影响,节前一周食品饮料板块回调明显(5 日涨跌幅为-6.64%,在28 个申万子行业中排名倒数第四)。本周,我们通过复盘2003 年非典对于食品饮料板块的影响,试图对于本次疫情的或然影响做以简要分析。

本周 是年后开市第一周,市场波动较大,对于主要子行业我们做以下判断:1)白酒。由于政府严厉的管控措施及居民自觉居家隔离,春节期间白酒餐饮、家庭、宴席消费场景均受到较大限制,我们认为疫情对白酒企业全年影响在6%-10%,而就对行业格局的影响而言,受到销售和成本端的双重压力,品牌力、资金实力较弱的区域酒企可能将加速退出市场,名优酒企业份额有望进一步提升;2)调味品。预计餐饮端对调味品企业的影响将持续一个季度(春节关店时间10—20 天,之后1—2 个月的时间恢复客流),海天、颐海国际等餐饮端占比较高企业将受到较大影响,而方便食品、复合调味品、小火锅自热米饭等速食类产品生产企业受影响相对较小。

Tourism in Turkey, formerly being a major source of income for its food and beverage service sector, experienced considerable fluctuations in recent years. However, the industry has taken upswing in 2017 and is now speculated to serve as a major factor driving foodservice market in the country. As per the data sourced by Culture and Tourism Ministry of Republic of Turkey, the tourism sector in the country greeted 13.5 million foreign visitors in 2018 which further got boosted by 13.2% on a yearly basis in first quarter of 2019. The reviving sector is estimated to tip 140,000 food outlets present across the country, primarily uplifting the market of Istanbul and Antalya owing to the large number of tourists (Istanbul and Antalya respectively held 37.5% and 29.56% of the total number of tourists visiting the country) and the higher number of millennial residents. Majorly comprised of European and Asian population, visitors are constantly seeking to experiment with their taste buds, thus sustaining local and foreign cuisines and fostering the foodservice sector in the country.
