2013年以来，我国煤炭市场继续呈现出总量宽松、结构性过剩的态势。需求低速增长，产能快速释放，进口不断增加，全社会煤炭库存持续上升，价格下滑，效益下降，企业经营困难。2013年上半年，我国经济增速继续呈下滑态势。上半年，GDP增长7.6%，增速较上季度末继续回落。主要煤炭消费行业增长缓慢，上半年基础设施和房地产新开工情况都不够理想，钢铁、有色金属、化肥等产品产量增长趋缓，火电发电量受到水电的冲击增长较为低迷。

抗体作为机体免疫应答的效应分子，能够识别、中和或清除诱发疾病的抗原。抗体的“可变区”（Fab）可特异性地结合抗原或靶细胞；抗体的“恒定区”（Fc）介导多种细胞效应功能（CDC、ADCC等）。此外，Fc端与FcRn的结合，使得抗体分子在体内的半衰期长达10～20天。以上抗体的分子结构与生物功能保证了其作为治疗性蛋白的药用疗效。截至2012年底，欧美市场已有总计30余种治疗性抗体上市销售。抗体药物已经在免疫性疾病、癌症等治疗领域取得巨大成功。而从抗体药物的研发线来看，已经有300余种单抗药物进入临床研究阶段。抗体药物研制的成功率（20%）远远高于传统小分子化学药（11%）。所以，抗体药物已经成为，并且未来仍将是制药行业发展的重要方向。

Biofuels are fuels produced from biomass and waste materials. There are different forms of biofuels, namely fuel pellets (solid), bioethanol and biodiesel (liquid), and biogas (gaseous).Fermentation is the most widely used method for biofuel production; however, other methodsare also used to produce biofuel.
