11 月休闲服务行业整体下跌 5.8%，相对沪深 300 跑输 6.5 个点，申万各行业中排名 17/28。其中，出境游板块和酒店板块表现较好，旅游综合(-1.25%)>酒店(-4.9%)>餐饮(-5.4%)>景区(-7.1%)。休闲服务板块整体TTM 市盈率为 38 倍，较年初约 50 倍估值有明显消化。 

产业支持政策相继出台、消费升级、二孩政策放开以及教育科技的不断推动，为教育行业发展创造了良好的外部环境。新《民促法》落地，教育资产证券化通道敞开，投融资活跃，各路资金纷纷进入教育产业数万亿市场掘金。其中，教育龙头公司汇聚美股，民办集团学校选择在港美股上市，A 股公司则通过并购重组积极介入教育资产。

总体而言，国内偶像市场仍处于发展阶段，培训、营销等环节的专业水平仍层次不齐。可以学习、借鉴日韩的成熟的“造星”产业链。在这个过程中有望通过发展成熟的偶像培训体系，诞生从事偶像培训和艺人经纪龙头公司。

从需求端看，IT 行业蓬勃发展，技术更新日新月异，人才需求旺盛，我们测算 IT 行业每年存100 万人才缺口，对应 2016 年 IT 培训市场空间约为 270 亿，年均复合增长率 15%。
