上半年板块表现回顾：上半年教育板块整体下跌 6.37%，相对沪深 300、创业 板指分别下跌 17.15%和上涨 0.97%；在申万一级行业以 6.37%的跌幅排 19 位。市盈率上，板块整体估值已回落至 36 倍附近，部分标的已具备投资价值。 个股方面，科大讯飞以 47.76%的增速领跑，新开普以超 40%的跌幅排名最后。  板块整体稳健增长，逾六成实现业绩增长。上半年教育板块实现营收 264 亿元 (YOY+22.2%)，归母净利润 27 亿元（YOY+24.6%），其中 86%的教育上市 公司实现了营收同比增长，66%实现了净利润同比增长；开元股份、*ST 紫学 净利润增幅分别达到 992.8%和 972.7%（恒企教育净利润同比增长 69%，中 大英才同比增长 20%）；排名后八位的公司有 4 家属于教育信息化领域。

2017 下半年并购热情不减。据公告披露，下半年一共涉及 7 家上市公司， 教育领域涉及幼教、国际教育、K12 课外培训、教育信息化、职业教育多 个教育细分领域，但以 K12 和幼教为主。其中百洋股份收购火星教育已 于 2017 年 8 月完成，2017 年可顺利并表。*ST 并购奥威亚过会，顺利完 成收购问题不大，获将 2018 年完成并表，秀强收购培基教育仍在进行中。 科斯伍德收购龙门教育处于停牌中

社会发展行业变迁，人才需求从量往质转变推动职教行业持续发展。看过去，职 教行业的起源是伴随着洋务运动带来的工业发展进而带来技能人才缺失，经过数 十年的发展职教行业痛点一直为解决专业人才数量缺失；看当下，企业用人缺口 与应聘者求职压力大成求职市场核心问题，技能人才供给与企业需求不匹配，专 业人才结构性、适应性缺失且难以在短期内修复的问题成为当下职教行业核心痛 点，推动职教行业持续成长。根据我们测算，2020 年职业教育行业规模有望达到 1.1 万亿元（cagr16-20:13%），其中以 IT、财会类职业技能培训规模增速相对较快 （YOY20%以上），在职教行业后续发展中有望率先突围。

全日制学校的扩张中非常重要的一个难点是拿地问题，而地产公司很大程度上可以从拿地问题上和政府资源上帮助全日制学校的扩张。目前全国全日制学校集团大部分仅具有区域性影响，而未来若出现具有全国性影响的全日制学校连锁集团，较大概率就是通过“地产+教育”模式发展起来的。
