2025 年 2 月，14 家上市猪企共实现销售收入 311.45 亿元，同比+26.99%，收 入增长主要得益于出栏量和销售均价的增长。其中同比增长率最高的企业为正 邦科技，同比+138.66%；最低为新希望，同比-10.29%。价格端，据涌益咨询 数据，2 月生猪销售均价 14.94 元/kg，较 1 月下降 0.83 元/kg，较去年同期上 涨 0.4 元/kg。12 家上市猪企中（剔除唐人神、罗牛山），由于销售的区域差异， 各家企业售价有所分化，东瑞股份销售均价为 15.86 元/kg，售价最高，天康生 物销售均价为 13.52 元/kg，售价最低；共计 7 家样本企业销售均价低于 2 月涌 益咨询统计的全国生猪均价 14.94 元/kg。2 月底冻品库存率为 15.03%，环比 上涨 0.53pct，和年初相比上涨 0.07pct。2 月猪价整体回落，屠宰企业具备入 库意愿和入库条件，冻品库存有所增加，但库容率仍然处于历史低位。

2025 年 1-2 月宏观经济呈现回升态势，主要表现为制造立国推进下， 工业生产增长强劲，制造业投资继续高增，对冲房地产投资下滑的负向拖累；经济 进入“见龙在田”阶段，外部利空或逐步缓解，内部结构上地产的拖累也有望逐步 减弱，我们认为，悲观叙事的二阶拐点已经出现：

生猪养殖：本周猪价环比回升，上市猪企 1~2 月出栏量同比双位数增长

生猪养殖：猪价区间震荡，三方数据产能环比减少。2 月猪价区间震荡。 2 月上旬，供应节后逐步恢复，需求承接有限，价格呈下行趋势；中旬，标肥 价差支撑猪价，养殖企业压栏惜售增加，二育滚动进场增加，猪价持续下行； 下旬，出栏积极性有所提升，淡季需求支撑不足，猪价区间震荡。2 月生猪均 价为 16.00 元/kg，月环比-3.68%，月同比+4.97%。由于节前降重较快，节后标 肥价差支撑较强，增重出栏意愿增加，出栏均重呈上行趋势。据涌益咨询，2 月全国平均商品猪出栏体重为 125.36kg，月环比+1.37%。2 月行业产能环比减 少。2 月，行业整体主动去化意愿不高，规模企业以产能的优化更替为主。根 据钢联统计，2 月能繁母猪存栏量月环比+0.06%（1 月-0.04%），其中规模场环 比+0.05%，中小散环比+0.19%；根据涌益咨询，2 月能繁母猪存栏量月环比- 0.05%（1 月+0.63%)。伴随天气回暖，仔猪补栏将逐步进入季节性补栏高峰期， 带动仔猪价格回升，据农业农村部，2 月仔猪均价 36.21 元/kg，月环比+6.59%， 月同比+28.27%。由于春节错位，2 月上市公司生猪出栏量同比普遍增加。15 家生猪养殖上市 1-2 月出栏量合计为 2611 万头，同比-17.47%。
