新型农村合作医疗制度关乎广大农民的利益，其可持续发展的意义重大。本文通过多层级委托代理关系角度，梳理新农合制度实施中各级政府及其职能部门、医疗机构、基金管理者以及参合农合这四部分的利益相关者的目标差异问题，指出其中凸显的各种弊端问题，并针对性地提出优化设计补偿方案、提升技能人才质量、完善基金监管机制、推进异地就医费用结报的对策建议。

目的 探讨新形势下医院药剂科中药饮片资源管理情况，以研究有效方法进行管理干预。方法选择该院药剂科作为该次研究实验对象；于2014年1月—2016年5月，在进行中药饮片资源管理期间，选择常规方式展开，将此阶段设为对照组；于2016年6月—2018年7月，在进行中药饮片资源管理期间，选择针对性管理方式展开，将此阶段设为观察组；最终就两组药效维持评分、药品变质变性评分以及药物浪费评分展开对比。结果同对照组药效维持评分、药品变质变性评分以及药物浪费评分进行对比，观察组前者获得明显提升，后两者获得明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 医院针对新形势下药剂科中药饮片资源管理情况加以分析，针对表现出的系列问题，对应进行管理，以此保证中药质量达标，使得医院药剂科整体医疗水平获得明显提升。

The growth rate of herbal products is primarily driven by factors, such as rising inclination toward natural products and growing awareness of preventive healthcare supported by increasing spending on health and wellness. The preference for health products that helps to maintain cholesterol levels, regulate the digestive system, and reduce stress have experienced an upward surge in recent years. The growing geriatric population, coupled with the rising prevalence of chronic conditions, are anticipated to drive the growth of herbal products across the world. According to United Nations 2017 estimates, the global population having age over 60 years or more, totaled 962 million in 2017, which is twice as large as in 1980 when it was 382 million, worldwide. The number of geriatric population is expected to double by 2050, which is anticipated to reach nearly 2.1 billion.

Health insurance covers medical expenses during prevention or treatment of any disease, injury, or other mental & physical impairment. It provides compensation in exchange for a monthly/semi-annual/annual premium or a payroll tax to provide healthcare benefits. The insurer is obliged to cover medical expenses for the policy holder up till the tenure and coverage of the policy. Depending on the policy, the coverage may vary for numerous factors, including diseases, age group, government policies, and others.

Hospital or healthcare associated infection is among the primary challenges faced by the healthcare professionals across various healthcare settings. Rising incidences of hospital-acquired infections and an increase in the number of surgeries are driving the growth of the market studied. The increase in the number of antibiotic-resistant infections is one of the primary reasons for an increase in the number of hospital-acquired infections. Furthermore, these infections account for more than 5% of the various infections witnessed across the world. To control such infections, hospitals have been investing significantly in newer technologies and better management of care facilities, primarily to shorten hospital stays and reduce the exposure to antibiotic-resistant organisms.
