目的探析医院近几年科研现状，为提升医院科研工作能力提供参考性意见。方法通过医院的科研档案，对某医院2014—2017年的科研数量、论文的期刊分布、论文的学科分布、科研课题数以及经费等进行统计与分析。结果医院论文总数逐年上升，核心期刊发表数量逐年递增，核心期刊文章同比上升28%，环比2014年上升150%，普通期刊发表数量有所下降，课题数逐年平稳上升。医院承担课题数排名前3位的临床科室为心血管内科5项、特需病区4项、普外烧伤整形外科、脊柱手足外科各3项，4个科室承担的科研课题约占医院课题总数的35.71%。结论医院存在学科发展不均衡、科研成果转化效率低和人才培养力度不够的问题，应该从加强学科建设、增强成果转化意识和加大科研经费投入方面加以改善提高。

本文以企业综合实力核心要素之一的盈利能力为切入点，对哈药股份2014～2017年盈利能力波动进行分析，并与全行业平均值进行比较，提出相关发展建议。
