  • 3451.基于模糊聚类节能的无线传感器网络协议

    Minimization of energy consumption is one of the most important research areas in Wireless Sensor Networks.Nowadays,the paradigms of computational intelligence (CI) are widely used in WSN,such as localization,clustering,energy aware routing,task scheduling,security,etc.Though many fuzzy based clustering techniques have been proposed earlier,many of them could not increase the total network life time in terms of LND (Last Node Dies) with comparing to LEACH.In this paper,a fuzzy logic based energy-aware dynamic clustering technique is proposed,which increases the network lifetime in terms of LND.Here,two inputs are given in the fuzzy inference system and a node is selected as a cluster head according to the fuzzy cost (output).The main advantage of this protocol is that the optimum number of cluster is formed in every round,which is almost impossible in LEACH (low-energy adaptive clustering hierarchy).Moreover,this protocol has less computational load and complexity.The simulation result demonstrates that this approach performs better than LEACH in terms of energy saving as well as network lifetime.

  • 3452.基于BP神经网络的风电预测

    Accurate short-term wind power forecasting has important significance to safety,stability and economy of power system dispatching and also it is a difficult problem in practical engineering application.In this paper,by use of the data of numerical weather forecast,such as wind speed,wind direction,temperature,relative humidity and pressure of atmosphere,a short-term wind power forecasting system based on BP neural network has been developed.For verifying the feasibility of the system,some experiments have been were carried out.The results show that the system is capable of predicting accurately the wind power of future 24 hours and the forecasting accuracy of 85.6% is obtained.The work of this paper has important engineering directive significance to the similar wind power forecasting system.

  • 3453.Fabryq:使用电话作为智能代理以控制Web穿戴设备

    Wearable ubiquitous computing devices are often size- and power-constrained, which prevents them from directly connecting to the Internet. A common pattern is therefore to interpose a smart phone as a router and to deliver graphical user interfaces for such hardware. However, implementing the entire pipeline from embedded device through a phone to the Internet and back requires a disjoint set of languages and APIs accessible only to experts. In this paper, we present fabryq, a new platform that handles the complexities of creating such applications. fabryq is especially aimed at supporting field deployments of prototype ubicomp hardware, e.g., for new interactive health devices. fabryq turns a smartphone into a bridge that connects the short range wireless technology of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) with our cloud service via the Internet. We introduce a protocol proxy programming model to find and control peripheral devices from Javascript; and describe a UI pushdown technique to render user interfaces on phones within reach of peripheral devices. To illustrate the utility of our platform, we also implement fabryq, a breadboard prototyping platform similar to Arduino with functionality exposed over a JavaScript API built exclusively with fabryq.

    At the request of the USAF Radioisotope Committee Secretariat (RICS), the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine Consultative Services Division completed an independent radiological assessment/verification survey of sites 321 B North and PRL-S006 at former McClellan AFB, CA, from 12-13 Sep 12. This verification survey was conducted at each of the sites post-remediation and after the contractor had completed its Final Status Survey (FSS) sampling. Radium-226 was the sole radionuclide of concern. Environmental Dimensions, Inc., under contract with CH2M Hill, conducted all radiological field work to include FSSs. This letter details the findings of this visit and is meant to assist the RICS when evaluating the contractor’s FSS reports of these sites.

    The world's energy paradigm continues to undergo a rapid shift, fueled by legislative mandates and quotas, towards an increased use of renewable energy sources. To support this shift, an advanced electric power system (EPS) architecture, including increasing amounts of distributed resources, load control, bi-directional power flow, advanced metering, and improved communications is gaining attention and being implemented by many electric utilities. As new distributed energy resources are interconnected with the EPS, it is essential to verify not only that their grid interconnection systems (ICS) conform to the relevant U.S. grid interconnection standards (IEEE Std 1547 and UL 1741), but also that they perform satisfactorily under a variety of variable resource input and grid output conditions. To this end, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) has been developing a platform for evaluation of ICSs using hardware-in-the-loop (HIL). This report describes an important addition to that platforma grid interconnection system evaluator (GISE). The GISE is a combined hardware and software solution that leverages HIL simulation techniques to automate portions of the often time-consuming grid interconnection conformance test procedures of IEEE Std 1547.1. Beyond just automating grid interconnection conformance test procedures for standard equipment, the GISE provides a platform to test the capability of an ICS with respect to advanced grid functions such as voltage and/or frequency ride-through, volt/var control, or other ancillary services. This report provides a comprehensive set of test results demonstrating the GISE's accuracy, repeatability, and versatility in executing IEEE Std 1547 over/undervoltage and frequency and unintentional islanding tests. This testing regime employed three different commercial residential photovoltaic inverters to also show the applicability of the GISE to a variety of ICS topologies.

    According to the theory of complex network and risk assessment,a intelligent risk automatic warning system of catastrophic accident based on conditional risk function is presented.The warning system introduces electrical betweenness and conditional risk expectations to overcome the insignificance of traditional risk assessment which only considered the status of grid and N-1 accident.A risk index system of catastrophic accident is constructed which reflects the risk of grid when it is current and in the next level of fault and portrays the trend of spreading to the catastrophic.The simulation results prove that this method which the new system use can identify the risks effectively.Consequently it provide effective reference information for security assessment of power system.

  • 3457.p53基因突变W248和H175对MCF-7细胞的生物学效应

    Objective:p53,a tumor suppressor gene,is one of the hotspots in the world of the biomedical field.Mutation of p53 gene,which is found in approximately 50% of human cancers,is a key event in carcinogenesis.This project aims to investigate the new characteristics of two p53 mutants,p53-W248 and p53-H175,in MCF-7 cells,so as to provide the experimental basis for understanding the functional alternations of mutant p53.Methods:In this study,MCF-7 cells transfected with p53-H175 or p53-W248 plasmids were used as experimental group and the MCF-7 cells transfected wild type p53 plasmid were used as control group.Then the biological effects at the cellular level were investigated using 3-(4.5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay,flow cytometry analysis and cell scratch test.Results:MTT assay showed that p53-W248 might promote cell proliferation in MCF-7 cells.The results of flow cytometry indicated that no significant effect on cell cycle progression and cell apoptosis by p53-H175 or p53-W248 in cells.The cell scratch test showed that p53-H175 could increase the ability of cell migration.Conclusion:p53-H175 could lead to the promotion of tumor cell migration,while p53-W248 may promote tumor cell proliferation,p53-H175 and p53-W248 might have acquired some new characteristics of oncogenes.

    Exploring new applications and services for mobile environments has generated considerable excitement among both industries and academics. In this paper we propose a context-aware recommender system that accommodates user's needs with location-dependent multimedia information available in a mobile environment related to an indoor scenario. Specifically, we propose a recommender system for the planning of browsing activities that are based on objects features, users' behaviours and on the current context the state of which is captured by apposite sensor networks. We present the features of such a system and we discuss the proposed approach.

  • 3459.前列腺癌抗血管内皮生长因子治疗的计算模型

    The vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family of cytokines promotes vascularization, tumorigenesis and metastasis in many cancers. Our goal is to develop computational models that combine mechanistic topological data on the VEGF protein interaction network with gene expression datasets for a large population of prostate cancers. We have assembled databases of prostate cancer gene expression data, and analyzed the data using bioinformatic techniques, identifying key VEGF-based subgroups of prostate cancer plus biomarkers that identify these groups. We have also created new computational models to simulate prostate cancer, based on the individualized gene expression data. These models will be used to simulate therapies that target the pathway. The therapies to be tested include anti-ligands such as bevacizumab but also anti-receptors and small molecules such as tyrosine kinase inhibitors. In this way, we can build on both the successes and the failures of anti-VEGF trials to date in order to develop more effective therapies for prostate cancer. This progress will continue, and we will be able to develop models of therapies including bevacizumab and other drugs, in order to design improved therapeutic approaches (both for individuals and for the population).

  • 3460.低成本嵌入式计算机实时图像处理

    In 2012 a federal mandate was imposed that required the FAA to integrate unmanned aerial systems (UAS) into the national airspace (NAS) by 2015 for civilian and commercial use. A significant driver for the increasing popularity of these systems is the rise in open hardware and open software solutions which allow hobbyists to build small UAS at low cost and without specialist equipment. This paper describes our work building, evaluating and improving performance of a vision-based system running on an embedded computer onboard such a small UAS. This system utilises open source software and open hardware to automatically land a multi-rotor UAS with high accuracy. Using parallel computing techniques, our final implementation runs at the maximum possible rate of 30 frames per second. This demonstrates a valid approach for implementing other real-time vision based systems onboard UAS using low power, small and economical embedded computers.
