    季节性、长假和安全检查导致生产回落。10 月制造业 PMI 生产指数为 49.7%,较上个月下降 2.2 个百分点,结束生产指数连续 5 个月扩张,进入收缩区间。生产指数回落存在几大原因:一是今年中秋和国庆双节合并落在 10 月,10 月工作日仅 18 天,比去年少一天,同时今年假期可以“请三休十二”,“拼假”行为也减少了有效生产时间;二是四中全会期间存在部分企业停工“安检”,多地多家企业在会前发布“安全防范工作”通知,如山东“四中全会期间严格落实‘两禁止、一严控’工作要求”,可能对生产端企业有所扰动。10 月制造业 PMI 生产指数与规模以上工业企业增加值环比具有较高的相关性,工增环比可能有所回落。
