绿色交通是生态文明和绿色发展理念在交通运输领域的集中体现。海南省坚持生态立省，绿色交通建设是全面落实“五位一体”总体布局，助推海南国际旅游岛建设，促进全省交通运输全面协调可持续发展的重要组成部分。本文从海南省绿色交通体制机制、运输结构、运输组织、科技创新、政府引导等五方面全面阐述了海南省绿色交通发展现状，提出了绿色交通发展存在的问题，并从强化政策保障、加强科技创新、注重人才培养、培育绿色文化等方面提出相关政策建议。

行业集中度再创新高，市场结构优化。2018 年4 月快递行业集中度指数CR8 为81.1，同比提升3.7，环比提升0.4，自17 年初竞争格局继续改善。服务质量提升、有效申诉率继续下降。3 月份全国快递服务有效申诉率为百万分之3.81，环比减少2.94，同比减少3.55,服务质量持续改善。

2017 年，我国航空货邮运输吞吐量达到了 712 万吨，碎片化、多样化的数据附着于庞大的货邮运输量给整条航空物流链出了道难题，现有的航空物流网络在效率、透明度和安全性方面已经出现欠缺。随之而来的货物延迟、丢失、损坏、资金及安全等问题困扰着每个航空物流活动的参与者。第三方、第四方航空物流信息平台因其存在诸如信息透明度差等现状，也很难解决此类问题，甚至还具有信息作假、篡改等风险。
