The constant development in the agricultural industry led to the need for a standardized communication system for various agricultural equipment. Agricultural equipment standardization first began in Germany in 1988 under the control of Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V. (VDMA), which resulted in a national standard DIN9684. The development toward agricultural standardization led to the creation of an international ISO-based standard, ISO 11783. Due to constant developments, the tractors, as well as other agricultural equipment, have become more complex. Inter-equipment communication, especially at the equipment level, has been taken into consideration while establishing the ISOBUS standard. Also, the increased emphasis on precision farming and autonomous harvesting devices needs a standardized network to deploy its benefits.

本文通过对安徽南部一个农业乡镇中土地、劳动力、农业服务、粮食等重要生产、生活资源流动关系的描述，力图将当前中国农业发展中存在的各种力量及其关系展现出来，并力求从生产关系的角度揭示中国农业正在经历的转型以及小农经济的处境。本文认为，农业生产的各个主体以及他们之间资源流动关系的出现，正在从根本上重构中国的农业生产格局：小农经济正在加速解体，新的资本化农业将取而代之占据主导地位。在这个过程中，四个新型农业主体正在分化成两个相互对立的群体。

本文指出，资本下乡的合法性在于政府希望利用工商资本的资源禀赋优势调整资源配置格局，打破农村生产要素匮乏的结构性困境，以此实现农业现代化，增加农民收入，改善乡村治理环境；但从现实情况来看，资本下乡并没有使“三农”发展步入良性运行轨道，它的逐利本性和运作逻辑决定它进入农业但并不关心农业。本文认为，工商资本的行动逻辑根本上是外在于农村的一种组织力量，侵入农村后形成资本霸权，建构起具有排斥功能的经营结构，农村场域结构转型，农民被排斥出村庄，农业被异化为资本逐利的手段，村庄治理环境恶化，“三农”问题在遭遇资本下乡后愈加复杂。

本文重点关注外来资本如何吸纳乡村非正式权威———乡村社会暴力与其权力结盟的过程，资本与乡村社会正式权威的互动如何使其成为资本的“代理人”的，透过这个权力运作过程，展现外来资本是如何步步深入乡村社会并与农民达成意向。本文认为，资本下乡把乡村灰色暴力和村庄正式权威结合在一起，增加了村庄正式权威的政治风险，即村级组织的代理人角色可能会逐步消解村庄权威的合法性和公共性。
