    针对某试验车后排右侧乘员处低频轰鸣声的特性及传递路径灵敏度进行了分析,确定发动机的2阶振动是该低频轰鸣声的主要贡献,是通过发动机的后悬置点传递到车身而引起的。提出了安装动力吸振器来减小发动机后悬置点处对振动传递的方法,并通过锤击试验和整车道路模拟试验表明,在该车前副车架后悬置点处安装动力吸振器,能够有效抑制其发动机转速为2 040 r/min时后排产生的低频轰鸣声。

    基于某燃料电池轿车用户道路采集的故障数据,分析了该车的可靠性统计特性。结合燃料电池轿车整车可靠性指标的要求,提出了基于失效率变化量的可靠性分配层次分析法,对燃料电池轿车进行可靠性指标分配优化。优化结果为提高整车及其关键零部件的可靠性和轻量化开发提供了理论依据,也为制定整车及其关键零部件的可靠性增长目标提供了技术基础。

  • 51603.基于扩展卡尔曼滤波的轮毂电机驱动电动汽车状态估计

    以非线性八自由度车辆模型为基础,利用轮毂电机驱动电动汽车四轮转矩容易获得的独特优势,将车轮转角、各个车轮驱动力矩、侧向加速度及横摆角速度作为算法输入,采用扩展卡尔曼滤波(Extended Kalman Filter,EKF)理论设计了轮毂电机驱动电动汽车行驶中状态估计算法。CarSim和Matlab/Simulink联合仿真结果表明,该算法能有效估计轮毂电机驱动电动汽车行驶中的纵向车速、侧倾角、侧倾角速度等状态。
