双碳目标下，各地积极低碳转型。‚双碳‛目标指二氧化碳排放力争于2030 年达到峰值，努力争取2060 年实现碳中和。当前我国煤炭消费占能源比重仍过半，‚不能把手里吃饭的家伙先扔了‛，中短期内煤炭在能源消费中仍处重要地位。但在‚双碳‛目标下，长期煤炭消费将会受到约束。根据各省市‚十四五‛规划，北京、上海、广东等6 个省市设臵了煤炭消费控制目标；山东、河南、湖北等20 个省市设臵了低碳转型计划，如北京计划到2025 年可再生能源消费比重达到14%，如浙江计划‚十四五‛期间清洁能源电力装机占比超过57%等；山西、河北、安徽等省市虽未设臵具体转型目标，也明确提出了控制煤炭消费、大力发展可再生能源。

本周受海外俄乌政治事件，油价继续创新高，海外天然气、玉米价格上涨。随着春季旺季来临，化工品价格大幅回升，化工板块盈利有望持续修复。两个维度来考虑化工行业布局：一方面目前受海外油气价格上涨推动，同时国内能源价格以稳为主，看好国内外产品成本端持续放大的煤化工、化肥、氯碱、有机硅等板块。其中受海外油气价格提升，合成氨、甲醇、三烯、三苯等基础化工品持续上行，导致氮肥、磷肥、有机硅、乙二醇、己内酰胺、氯碱、纯碱等产品价格持续上行；另一方面，受地缘政治影响，钾肥有望出现短暂供给冲击。

氢气有四大储氢方式，并且氢储运环节发展催生氢能承压设备引来发展契机，车载高压储氢瓶将迎来黄金十年。我国氢能源供应中心和消费中心呈逆向分布，在资源上“西富东贫，北多南少”，而在需求上恰恰相反，这就决定了储运氢环节在整个氢能产业链的重要性。按照储氢状态来分，储氢方式可以分为气态储氢、液态储氢以及固态储氢，按照具体方式不同，液态储氢又可分为低温液态储氢和有机液态储氢。相关的氢能承压设备种类繁多，车载高压储氢瓶成长确定性较大，目前技术已经成熟，受下游燃料电池车的带动，我们认为2030 年累计市场空间将突破千亿。
