产业协同发展是强化区域间经济协作、优化地区产业空间布局、实现区域经济一体化的关键支撑。商务中心区是体现城市核心功能的载体，其发展也面临着区域空间结构优化与产业转型升级的问题。在新一轮消费升级的背景下，北京CBD和城市副中心运河商务区如何借助智慧城市建设的契机加快推进区域产业提质增效和协同发展，对于优化提升首都核心功能具有重要的现实意义。本报告以消费升级、智慧城市建设和产业协同发展的关系为出发点，分析了2010～2019年北京CBD和通州区文化创意产业、现代服务业和金融业三大产业集聚情况，从产业辐射、产业融合、产业链整合三个角度提出新形势下CBD产业协同发展的路径。

城市尤其是特大城市中央商务区是城市经济、文化以及科技发展集中区，在城市建设和经济发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用，其建设发展对于消费升级具有重要意义。本报告基于POI数据，针对北京、上海、广州、深圳四个特大城市的中央商务区经纬度进行大数据测算，并具体分析了特大城市中央商务区消费规律的变化，提出了精准消费需求追踪、发展基于大数据的消费模式、建设国际一流消费环境等促进中央商务区消费升级的发展建议。

Ancestry-based direct-to-consumer genetic tests are commonly used for genealogical and relationship DNA testing.
