4143.硅钢的磁致伸缩量测的测量方法和样本选择研究

Magnetostriction of silicon steel is the main cause of the noise of transformer,while its measuring method is argumentative.It was investigated in this paper the effect of sample size on the measuring stability and reproducibility using laser displacement meter method.It was found that for the sample size 100mm×500mm the measuring stability and repeatability are the best comparing to the size of 30mm×300mm,30mm× 100mm and 60mm× 100mm.For samples with the above for sizes cutting from the same sheet,the magnetostriction of 100mmx500mm size sample is the smallest.

4144.基于卡尔曼滤波算法的目标车辆运动状态雷达估计方法

In this paper,based on Kalman filtering algorithm,a method of target vehicle motion state radar estimation with radar(or lidar) is presented.The state equations is established based on rigid plane dynamics theory,and then with a Kalman filter to do radar data processing,the position,velocity and acceleration of the target vehicle can be estimated at the same time,so that to cover the shortage that acceleration information can not be gained with radar system.Through simulation and field tests it is verified that the detection accuracy of position and velocity of target vehicle is increasing,and the acceleration of target vehicle can be estimated effectively and accurately.

4145.汽车氧传感器的新型电解质制备与离子导电机制

The ionic conductive behavior of the electrolyte was analyzed on the basis of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) test,and the interaction of working temperature,defect microstructure and ionic conductivity was investigated.Accordingly,the SDC displayed an ionic conductivity of 0.029 S cm-1 at 750 ℃.It was suggested that the nano-crystalline could shorten the transfer distance of the charge carriers.Furthermore,the structural change of the polycrystal boundaries with the temperature was a key factor which promoted the oxygen ionic conductivity.

4146.利用甲烷生产微波氢实验研究

The results of this testing program have been very promising, demonstrating the ability to achieve higher methane conversion than onventional methane steam reforming processes. In addition to the higher conversion efficiencies, the microwave reactor system used for the process is more easily scaled to lower gas production volumes than conventional reforming technologies. This makes the technology well suited to generate hydrogen from natural gas for hydrogen fuel cells in the 1 to 20-kW range.

In this paper,the sulfation failure mechanism on negative plates of lead-acid batteries and the pulse-repairing technology are analyzed,and an online automatic maintenance device based-on the Boost converter is designed.The test results show that by adjusting the hardware devices and programs the frequency and amplitude of charge-and-discharge pulses can be changed.And when the battery voltage is too low the device can generate sound and light alarm.The device meets the design requirements.

4148.车辆稳定性控制车身偏角观测器设计

A novel method based on non-linear robust observer is proposed for estimation body slip angle.Firstly,full-dimension observer designed based on yaw rate and lateral acceleration to estimate lateral velocity.And then,the body slip angle is estimated by using lateral velocity and longitudinal velocity.The proposed m ethod is verified by of fline simulation.The results demonstrate that this method has a better adaptability to different driving conditions and accuracy.

4150.转炉脱磷的实证研究

The situations of smelting SPHD were analyzed for 150t converter in TangSteel. Based on the analysis of dephosphorization process and the thermodynamic conditions in converter, the operation of dephosphorization was optimized. The industrial tests for dephosphorization were carried out, and the results were analyzed. The results were shown that the distribution coefficient would be the highest value, when the alkalinity of slag was 3.5 and the FeO content was 21% in making SPHD steel. The distribution coefficient would reduce, when the temperature was increased, especially more than 1700℃, so end point temperature should be best less than 1700℃.
