The tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 35CrMnSiMo cast steel are studies in this article.Results showed that 880℃ x30min 35CrMnSiMo cast steel after quenching water,hardness up to 49.6HRC,reached 39.04 J/cm2 toughness.

The effect of tempering temperature on microstructures and mechanical properties of niobium and titanium microalloying low carbon bainite steel was investigated.The results indicate that the mechanical properties change is mainly controlled by the structure evolution,and as the structure evolution during tempering is complex,the mechanical properties do not monotonously increase or decrease with the increasing of tempering temperature.

Manure-based biomass (MBB) has the potential to be a source of green energy at large coal-fired power plants and on smaller-scale combustion systems at or near confined animal feeding operations. Although MBB particularly cattle biomass (CB) is a low quality fuel with an inferior heat value compared to coal and other fossil fuels, the concentration of it at large animal feeding operations can make it a viable source of fuel. The overall objective of this interdisciplinary proposal is to develop environmentally benign technologies to convert low-value inventories of dairy and beef cattle biomass into renewable energy. Current research expands the suite of technologies by which cattle biomass (CB: manure, and premature mortalities) could serve as a renewable alternative to fossil fuel.

4066.脉冲电流对钢坯显微组织演化影响的实验研究

This paper studies the influence to the microstructural evolution of low carbon steel and low carbon Nb steel through experiments in order to improve the microstructure of billet.The results of the study show that electropulsing has significant impact on the phase transformation from austenite to ferrite of low carbon steel and low carbon Nb steel,which improves nucleation rate of ferrite inside austenite grain.

Based on the electro-hydraulic proportional system of a demolition robot working device,a simplified mathematical model was established by analyzing dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve,flow equation,the continuity equation and force equilibrium equations,and the fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller was designed to realize position control of working equipment.The simulations reveal that,compared with traditional PID,the fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller has these advantages such as smaller overshoot,good dynamic response and steady state performance.

4068.木质纤维素生物质原料性质对内生真菌VOC属性的改变

Endophytic fungi have been shown to produce a range of moderate-molecular weight hydrocarbons (volatile organic compounds-VOC) directly from cellulosic biomass without any pretreatment. These organisms have the capacity to alter their VOC profile as a function of carbon source. We cultured a number of these fungi on potential biofuel biomass (corn stove, eucalyptus and switchgrass) as the sole carbon source and their growth rates were compared to potato dextrose agar. We then performed a VOC profile of the biomass-supported fungal cultures. Our findings are an important first step in developing industrial hosts (microbes or fungi) with both biomass deconstruction and fuel synthesis pathways.

Effects of cooling rate on metallographic and hardness ofbearing-B steel were investigated in presem research. The results showed it consists of ferrite and pearlite formed in the initial stage of the transformation in the studied bearing-B steels cooled at 0.5 ℃/s.

4070.磁轮式爬壁机器人的设计与实现

This paper presents a climbing robot, with wheeled locomotion and adhesion through permanent magnets. This machine was developed to be used in the inspection of several types of man-made ferromagnetic structures, such as towers for wind turbines, fuel storage tanks, ship hulls, etc., in order to, for instance, detect weaknesses due to corrosion. In this article are presented the main aspects taken into consideration for its design, as well as several constructive aspects, among which are detailed its mechanical and electrical construction, the implemented control architecture and the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for its control. The distinguishing characteristic of this robot is its dynamic adjustment system of the permanent magnets to assure the machine adhesion to the surfaces when crossing slightly irregular and curved surfaces with a large radius.
