摘 要：This paper studies the influence to the microstructural evolution of low carbon steel and low carbon Nb steel through experiments in order to improve the microstructure of billet.The results of the study show that electropulsing has significant impact on the phase transformation from austenite to ferrite of low carbon steel and low carbon Nb steel,which improves nucleation rate of ferrite inside austenite grain.
