  • 3501.低碳电力规划中清洁能源技术在多目标模型的研究

    With the increasing development of clean energy technologies,the application of new energy and carbon capture technology would have a positive effect for CO2 emissions reduction.In this paper,planning of power system model including clean energy technology facing low carbon targets established,considering the carbon emission rights allocation and carbon trading.By studying coal-fired power plant planning model with wind power and carbon capture technology for the future planning period,establish the multi-objective model of minimum comprehensive cost and biggest carbon trading gains,considering constraint conditions of power generating capacity,wind power integrated capacity and carbon emissions reduction targets.Use the bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm for optimization calculation of the power planning,to give a planning scheme that can meet the requirements of economic development trend and emission reducing requirements.

    This project has supported the analysis and design of large-scale mobile wireless networks for Air Force applications, including information dissemination algorithms for fixed wireless and mobile wireless networks, energy management algorithms for sensor networks, resilience of wireless networks to virus epidemics, network coding capacity of wireless networks, coding for mobile wireless networks, polar coding for multiple-access networks, and the capacity of wireless relay networks. The project has supported the education and research activities of a postdoctoral fellow and a graduate student.

    Developing highly efficient and reliable embedded system demands hardware/software co-design.To be high-configurable embedded systems,designers seek for transaction-level modeling and component based development.Our approach employ platform-based design and component-based design and apply it to a networked sensor system.We introduce a multiple-language environment unified component-based model and apply it to co-simulation of sensor system instances.The case studies demonstrate that our approach is readily applicable to real-world networked sensor systems and reduces the co-simulation complexities.

  • 3505.无线传感器网络中基于RSS本地化的混合隐马尔可夫模型

    We propose a method of RSS-base localization in WSN (Wireless Sensor Network),called Hybrid HMM,to improve the stability of node localization based on RSS (Received Signal Strength).This model utilizes HMM (Hidden Markov Model) to take into account the time factor when receiving the RSS sequence,and converts the action of ranging into an operation of classification.For the received RSS used for localization,our Hybrid HMM will compare it with the preset RSS threshold value,and put the result into one of two categories for subsequent processing:If the received value is higher than the threshold value,the distance value will be drawn from the signal propagation model.If lower,the information will be obtained from a trained HMM.Experimental results show that the Hybrid HMM method can greatly improve the localization accuracy.

  • 3506.一个基于MAS的集群计算平台的现代环境管理体系

    To meet the requirement of dispatch and control in Smart Grid environment, a MAS-Based cluster computing platform is developed for modern Energy Management System(EMS). Multi-Agent technology is used to develop the high-performance computing platform. "Double-Dimensional Federal Architecture" is proposed and used to implement the advanced application software of modern EMS. A middleware named "WLGrid" is implemented to simplify software development and to integrate distributed computers in Electric Power Control Center(EPCC) into a "Super Computer". Methods of "Task Partition", "Concurrent Dispatching Strategy", "Dynamic Load Balancing" and "Priority-based Resource Allocation" are introduced to accelerate the computation and to improve the real-time property of the whole system. Onsite tests are done and the results are reported to show the effectiveness of these methods.

    Human body temperature,as a manifestation of life activity,is an important physiological parameter of the new supersedes the old.The body temperature not only has physiological significance,but also has important clinical significance,which can be considered as an important index for clinical diagnosis.Based on the NTC temperature sensor as the core,through the whole system framework construction and the software control system design,a quick and accurate intelligent digital electronic thermometer was prepared.Under software control,intelligent temperature measurement is realized.The thermometer not only can accurately register the temperature,also has many functions such as broadcast and logic judgment on temperature,in which,the display module will judge and display the measurement results.

    The mission of NPSI is to provide maximum database reuse across Type/Model/Series platforms to lower the life cycle cost of out-the-window visual terrain, 3-D models, and sensor databases, also adding dataset archive capability, and short-notice distribution services. The metadata and metadata architectures are used to facilitate data discovery, data understanding, and effective data distribution. The metadata is also employed for NPSI dataset archiving and distribution. This document describes the metadata schema specified for NPSI data interchange.

  • 3509.基于模糊控制技术的马斯科机器人系统

    A mascot robot system based on fuzzy inference is developed for casual information recommendation in a home environment. The system is an Internet-based intelligent robotic environment that assists human by information retrieval and presenting recommendation with casual communication. It consists of five eye robots that present friendly mentality expression, speech recognition modules, an information recommendation engine that recommends information to human by taking into account the current situation, and a server that supervises the whole system. In addition, a fuzzy logic based multi-modal gesture recognition system is added based on, where both web camera images and hand motion data (given by a 3D acceleration sensor put on human wrists) are used to notify the emotion of humans to robots in real time. These components are networked and integrated hierarchically based on RT (Robot Technology) middleware. The subjective estimation using psychological scale has been conducted for 11 subjects. Since the results of the subjective estimation shows 3.08 and 2.62, the validity of the fuzzy interpersonal motions expression has been confirmed. The proposed mascot robot system provides informative support to human through casual communication in a home environment.

  • 3510.基于虚拟技术的有毒气体监测系统的设计和方案

    This paper took wireless sensor network (WSN) as the data transmission way and used the LabVIEW platform,and design muitifunctional virtual instrument system with signal acquisition,demonstration,analysis,storage and the historical data inquiry to implement remote operation of gas monitoring.In terms of hardware design,the wireless sensor nodes and radio frequency circuit were mainly designed,and in terms of software design.the wireless communication procedures and LabVIEW program were mainly designed.The data of measured objects were collected in real time by wireless sensor nodes,and were sent to wireless main nodes through the ZigBee wireless technology.The wireless main nodes received data of all wireless sensor nodes,and the data are encapsulated into USB package and submitted to PC,then were processed through LabVIEW platform.The system was characterized with its low power consumption,high precision,simple design,convenient operation,friendly interface and good reliability.
