In this paper,research on a high speed arc image sampling and processing system based on DSP has been done.A RS-422A interface has been used to sample high speed image,A TMS320C40 high speed DSP and high frame rate CCD are used as the sensor.The optical image can be converted into digital image in this image sampling and processing system efficiently,with the high speed DSP and the high speed memories,to improve the data transfer speed and receive the image data correctly,DMA data communication technology is adopted.The test result shows that this system is very effective for arc research.

A robust and well-trained workforce is essential to developing domestic wind power projects to meet future energy demands. The future wind power workforce will include manufacturing, siting, operations, maintenance, education, and research capabilities. How prepared is the United States to train future employees in the wind industry. The purpose of this research is to better understand: Today's domestic wind workforce; Projected future workforce needs; and Whether existing and new training and educational programs meet the wind industry's future needs. Results presented in this report provide the first published investigation into the detailed makeup of the wind energy workforce as well as a glance at the educational infrastructure and training needs of the wind industry. Insights from this research into the domestic wind workforce will allow the private sector, educational institutions, and federal and state governmental organizations to make better informed workforce-related decisions based on the current data and future projections.

3113.使用可转移信念模型在模拟电路故障诊断中进行传感器融合

In fault diagnosis of circuit,fault diagnosis system using multi-sensor data fusion may not give reliable fault diagnosis result in cases when processing on inconsistent data carry inconsistent.In order to deal with such problems,This paper has developed an analog-circuit fault diagnostic system based on transferable belief model (TBM) and K-nearest neighbor rule from TBM.The proposed system has the capability to detect and identify fault components in an analog electronic circuit by analyzing its working temperature and testable voltage.Using K-nearest neighbor(KNN) rule to process the working temperature of component drastically enhances the testable information for fault detect,satisfying the need of fusing data from distinct evidence sources.The experimental results show that this system performs significantly better in fault diagnosis of analog circuits due to the proposed techniques.

3114.光纤光栅反射光谱PSO算法分析

When the parameters were measured by using fiber Bragg grating (FBG) in practice,there were some parameters hard to measure,which would influenced the reflective spectral of FBG severely,and make the characteristic information harder to be extracted.Therefore,particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed in analyzing the uniform force reflective spectral of FBG.Based on the uniform force sense theory of FBG and particle swarm optimization algorithm,the objective function were established,meanwhile the experiment and simulation were constructed.And the characteristic information in reflective spectrum of FBG was extracted.By using particle swarm optimization algorithm,experimental data showed that particle swarm optimization algorithm used in extracting the characteristic information not only was efficaciously and easily,but also had some advantages,such as high accuracy,stability and fast convergence rate.And it was useful in high precision measurement of FBG sensor.

The broad goal of this project is to develop new computational processes for leveraging visual cues for image-based scene understanding, and we seek to achieve this goal through a careful analysis of reflectance, light transport, and imaging. During the past year, we have continued our exploration of micro computer vision systems, meaning those that can accomplish useful visual tasks within the power and size constraints of micro-scale platforms like micro air vehicles and micro sensor nodes. We have also developed a passive method for simultaneous depth and color imaging that exploits a new statistical model of joint spatial and spectral structure in natural images.

Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) are expected to promote new applications for the ambulatory health monitoring of chronic patients and the elderly population, aiming to improve their quality of life and independence. These networks are composed by wireless sensor nodes that measure physiological variables and transmit it, for example, to the patients' smartphone, which may acts as a gateway to a remote medical assistance service. A key element of such sensor nodes is the wireless transceiver as it often dominates the overall power budget. Therefore, to provide a high degree of energy autonomy, wireless transceivers with an ultra low power consumption are needed. In this book, a transceiver architecture and implementation is presented, which targets such highly power constrained applications and employs the Bluetooth low energy standard.

3118.适航性的设计集成系统健康管理

Integrated System Health Management (ISHM) for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) has been a new area of research - seeking to provide situational awareness to mission and maintenance operations, and for improved decision- making with increased self-autonomy. This research effort developed an analytic architecture and an associated discrete-event simulation using Arena to investigate the potential benefits of ISHM implementation onboard an UAS. The objective of this research is two-fold: firstly, to achieve continued airworthiness by investigating the potential extension of UAS expected lifetime through ISHM implementation, and secondly, to reduce life cycle costs by implementing a Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) policy with better failure predictions made possible with ISHM. Through a series of design experiments, it was shown that ISHM presented the most cost-effective improvement over baseline systems in situations where the reliability of the UAS is poor (relative to manned systems) and the baseline sensor exhibited poor qualities in terms of missed detection and false alarm rates. From the simulation results of the test scenarios, it was observed that failure occurrence rates, sensor quality characteristics and ISHM performance specifications were significant factors in determining the output responses of the model. The desired outcome of this research seeks to provide potential designers with top-level performance specifications of an ISHM system based on specified airworthiness and maintenance requirements for the envisaged ISHM-enabled UAS.

3119.自组织的面向服务的多代理系统

The demand for large-scale systems running in complex and even chaotic environments requires the consideration of new paradigms and technologies that provide flexibility, robustness, agility and responsiveness. Multi-agents systems is pointed out as a suitable approach to address this challenge by offering an alternative way to design control systems, based on the decentralization of control functions over distributed autonomous and cooperative entities. However, in spite of their enormous potential, they usually lack some aspects related to interoperability, optimization in decentralized structures and truly self-adaptation. This paper discusses a new perspective to engineer adaptive complex systems considering a 3-layer framework integrating several complementary paradigms and technologies. In a first step, it suggests the integration of multi-agent systems with service-oriented architectures to overcome the limitations of interoperability and smooth migration, followed by the use of technology enablers, such as cloud computing and wireless sensor networks, to provide a ubiquitous and reconfigurable environment. Finally, the resulted service-oriented multi-agent system should be enhanced with biologically inspired techniques, namely self-organization, to reach a truly robust, agile and adaptive system.
