Money laundering is a worldwide issue. The reason for criminals to launder their illegal funds is that they can later use this money in the markets without any hindrance and without the fear of it being tracked. Laundering prevents the funds from being confiscated by the police. In money laundering, once the funds are deposited in a foreign bank, they can be moved through accounts of shell corporations that exist mainly for laundering purposes. The high volume of wire transfers daily makes it difficult for law enforcement agencies to trace these transactions.

日前，国务院印发《关于促进外资增长若干措施的通知》。《通知》从五个方面提出促进外资增长的政策措施。一是进一步减少外资准入限制。全面实施准入前国民待遇加负面清单管理制度，尽快在全国推行自由贸易试验区试行过的外商投资负面清单。

第三方支付行业经过十几年的发展已进入成熟期，支付机构开始在场景拓展上发力。一方面，随着国民收入的不断增加，中国民众对跨境电商、出境旅游、留学等跨境业务的需求也不断增加；另一方面，政府相关部门针对第三方支付机构开展跨境支付业务放宽了监管要求，将跨境外汇支付试点业务拓展到全国，为第三方支付机构开展跨境支付业务创造了便利条件，跨境支付业务已成为第三方支付机构的新的增长点。

本周沪深 300 非银行金融指数上涨 3.72%，子版块中保险、券商平均涨幅超过沪深 300。在中国人寿半年报预期推动下，22 日保险指数出现近两周最大涨幅 3.57%，券商标的山西证券、国元证券、招商证券中报业绩增长也利好板块，在券商、保险板块估值修复的轮番带动下、本周非银金融板块在行业板块中涨幅居前。本周大盘突破 3300 点，9 月逢年内第三大解禁高峰，建议关注低估值、有业绩的非银板块标的。 

A data center is a centralized facility used for data computing, processing, and storage. It includes high-performance servers, networking equipment, storage arrays, and supporting services such as powering and cooling solutions. Data centers are established by either large-scale enterprises or enterprises offering cloud-based services. Enterprises build colocation and managed hosting data center facilities and rent them to other large enterprises and SMEs.

A payment gateway facilitates the exchange of information between a payment portal (includes website, interactive voice response service or mobile phones) and the acquiring bank which processes credit card transactions. The service enables credit card payments for e-businesses, online retailers, bricks and clicks, and traditional brick-and-mortar businesses. It works securely to transfer sensitive credit card information from an online payment form to the payment processor. A payment gateway can be integrated with any payment device, which is usually an e-commerce shopping cart such as Shopify or Magento.

Retailers offering gift items are adopting multichannel and omni-channel strategies. They are also focusing on providing product customization and personalization services to their consumers. Brick-and-mortar retailers are launching online portals and selling their gift items through third-party e-retailers.  Hallmark, Disney, Card Factory, and American Greetings have their own web portals to sell products online in their base market as well as in some major markets. Hallmark sells its greeting cards through Alibaba.com in China. Card Factory sells personalized gift items through its website GettingPersonal.co.uk.

板块上周走势回顾 银行:过去一周A 股银行板块上涨0.8%，同期沪深300 指数上涨2.1%，A 股银行板块跑输沪深300 指数1.3 个百分点。按中信一级行业分类标准，银行板块涨跌幅排名27/29。不考虑次新股，16 家A 股上市银行股价表现较好的平安银行(+4.2%)、招商银行(+3.8%)和宁波银行(+2.7%)。次新股里表现较好的是江阴银行(+2.7%)、常熟银行(+1.6)和无锡银行(+1.4%)。14 家H 股上市银行表现较好的是工商银行（+3.4%）、招商银行（+2.8%）、建设银行（+2.7%）信托:过去一周平安信托指数下跌0.3%，跑输沪深300 指数2.4 个百分点。表现依次为经纬纺机(+7.0%)、中航资本(+3.0%)、陕国投A(+2.8%)、爱建集团(-3.7%)和安信信托（-4.2%）。
