人工智能产业发展在国内受到广泛关注， 但各个地区不顾自身条件， 盲目发展人工智能产业， 很容易带来产业同构、重复建设、产业技术创新能力不强等问题。本报告根据相关产业经济学理论， 建立了由产业要素、产业生态、产业场景和产业环境4 个一级指标组成的人工智能产业吸引力指数评估模型， 并对国内直辖市、副省级城市、省会城市进行了测评，结果显示： 城市吸引力层次较为明显， 形成了五梯队发展格局； 初步形成北京都市圈、长三角、珠三角三大产业集聚区；内地城市产业发展潜力巨大， 有望成为中国新的人工智能集聚地。本报告还提出了中西部城市加快人工智能产业发展、促进东西部人工智能产业合作等建议。

自2.10复工复学以来，移动互联网整体流量持续下滑，进入4月后又有所回升。2020年4月移动端整体流量保持平稳运行，周活跃设备数稳步上升。周总使用时长从2.10-2.16开始不断下滑，下滑8周后有所回升。

电信主营业务收入增速低迷。2020年1-4月，电信主营业务收入累计完成4562.0亿元，同比增长2.3%，增速比上年同期和上月分别回升1.6和0.5个百分点。整体来看，电信主营业务收入增速呈回升趋势，但仍保持低速增长，主要是受提速降费政策以及三大运营商业务转型困难影响。
