为解决频繁的负载变化给船舶电力推进系统带来的电站和电网波动问题,采用能量存储技术,将储能单元(锂电池和超级电容器)引入到船舶电力推进系统中。建立系统功率传输模型,并创新性地把粒子群算法与非线性规划算法相结合对目标函数进行寻优。利用MATLAB软件进行建模和实例仿真,结果表明,引入储能单元可以明显地改善船舶电力推进系统的性能,增强电站和电网的稳定性。

1609.大型集装箱船舶分油机仿真系统

为更有效地帮助学员掌握分油机系统的操作方法,以中远集团PACIFIC万箱集装箱船的分油机系统为仿真对象,利用计算机仿真技术构建船舶燃油、主机滑油和副机滑油分油机系统的仿真场景,再现实际船舶分油机结构真实的工作过程,模拟分油机故障、报警的现象,实现分油机系统的软件设计和控制单元EPC50的时序控制。系统操作与测试结果表明,该系统能够全面反映分油机系统的各种工况,逼真地再现实际动态过程,达到实际训练的效果,且运行安全可靠。

1610.内河多桥梁水域船舶安全航行预警系统实现

为保障内河多桥梁水域通航安全,开发实时可靠的内河多桥梁水域船舶安全预警系统。结合现有的系统无法有效判断监管区域内船舶实时航行的态势、无法实时给出区域内高风险船舶的缺点,对内河多桥梁水域船舶安全航行预警系统的功能需求进行分析,对系统的总体构架、系统功能、系统组成进行设计,结合内河船舶安全预警算法实现该系统。在武汉海事局进行系统应用示范,结果表明,该系统能够有效弥补现有监管系统的不足,提高内河多桥区水域的监管效率,保障水上人命财产安全。
