  • 51417.复合功率分流混合电动轿车驱动模式切换的协调控制

    为对带双行星排复合功率分流的混合动力轿车驱动模式切换过程中的转矩进行协调控制,采用基于转矩解耦的控制方法来求解不同切换阶段动力源的目标转矩。在此基础上,针对切换过程中输出端转矩波动和发动机实际转矩难以精确确定等问题,提出了基于发动机转矩估计和电机转矩补偿的模式切换协调控制策略,并在Matlab/Simulink软件平台下进行仿真验证。结果表明,该协调控制策略能有效降低切换过程中输出端的转矩波动和整车的冲击度。

    将凹坑型非光滑表面布置在MIRA直背式、斜背式、阶梯背式3种模型的尾部,分析了3种不同车型的尾流结构,研究不同的汽车尾部造型对非光滑车身气动减阻的影响。通过对模型外部流场的数值计算,比较光滑模型和非光滑模型尾部流场、压力、湍动能等参数,对比不同尾部造型非光滑表面流场差异,分析非光滑表面气动减阻的机理,解释不同车尾造型减阻率差异的原因,为进一步研究车身非光滑表面气动减阻效果提供理论依据。

  • 51419.微型汽车3缸发动机悬置系统匹配设计

    从3缸发动机的振动规律出发,分析其合理的模态分布范围;分析了微型汽车悬置系统的布置型式及其常用悬置结构的特点。针对某微型汽车匹配3缸发动机怠速振动过大问题,对其悬置系统进行模态分析及受力分析。通过调整悬置刚度及悬置结构等措施对悬置系统进行优化,并对优化前后的动力总成模态分布及转向盘振动进行试验。试验结果表明,优化后的悬置系统解决了3缸发动机怠速振动及转向盘抖动问题。

  • 51420.驾驶员侧50%假人约束系统配置5%女性假人伤害研究

    在L车型开发后,进行了3次正面碰撞试验,对基于50%假人开发的约束系统对5%假人的保护效果进行了研究。3次正面碰撞试验分别为驾驶员侧分别为50%假人和5%假人,安全气囊和安全带预紧功能正常起爆;驾驶员侧为5%假人,但安全气囊和预紧功能不起爆。研究结果表明,基于50%假人开发的约束系统,对5%假人的头部和胸部依然具有较好的保护作用,但对5%假人的颈部伤害较重,可通过对安全气囊分级起爆、调整拉带设计等方法进行优化;安全气囊不起爆方法不可取。
