为了改善增程式电动汽车的燃油经济性与排放,其搭载的增程器应工作在有限个固定点上。本文中采用Kriging无偏估计方法建立了增程器系统的发电功率与燃油消耗预测模型,并对模型进行了实验验证。经过仿真分析,确定了满足5个发电功率需求的最佳油耗工况点。增程器系统的台架实验和整车实验的结果表明,优化后单个发电功率运行点油耗最大降幅达到了15.96%,而在两种不同的车辆控制模式下整车能耗分别降低了4.62%和3.50%。

提出了一种基于正负刚度并联半主动控制扭振减振器,论述了其工作原理。推导了正负刚度并联机构的刚度表达式,并分析了其弹性特性。通过建立扭振减振器2自由度强非线性动力学模型,采用设计的控制策略,对其进行了动力学特性仿真,并将结果与传统的双质量飞轮式被动扭振减振器进行对比,证实了该减振器的扭振控制效果。
