值得重点提的是，2019年英国电动车公司车占比57%，荷兰电动车公司占比占比79%。欧洲高福利国家公司车福利税对电动车格外友好，如英国Bik税率今年4月将下降至0%，荷兰虽然相较于19年会提升，但和传统车相比，仍是较低税率。
