地产投资韧性延续。1-3 月份，固定资产投资同比+25.6%，较2019 年1-3月份同比+6.0%，两年平均增速为2.9%，经季节调整后与去年10-12 月份环比增长2.06%，景气度延续。结构上来看，基础设施投资、制造业投资、房地产开发投资同比分别+29.7%、+29.8%、+25.6%，两年平均分别+2.9%、-2.0%、+7.6%。同时，1-3 月份，房地产开发企业到位资金47465 亿元，同比增长41.4%，较2019 年同比+21.9%，两年平均增速为10.4%。可以看到，房地产投资仍为投资端增长主要动力，具备相当的韧性。

2021 年4 月16 日，国家统计局，1-3 月份，全国固定资产投资（不含农户）95994 亿元，同比增长25.6%；比2019 年1-3 月份增长6.0%，两年平均增长2.9%。基础设施投资（不含电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业）同比增长29.7%。其中，水利管理业投资增长42.5%；公共设施管理业投资增长23.5%；道路运输业投资增长25.7%；铁路运输业投资增长66.6%。

3 月建筑行业数据发布，基建投资恢复较好，交运改善明显，制造业投资亦有改善。地产施工增速改善，竣工单月增速下滑；土地成交面积同比下滑，挂牌价与成交价倒挂；地产销售增速企稳，单价环比下滑。

统计局发布 3月宏观经济数据，1-3月累计销售、新开工、施工、竣工面积&基建分别较19 年同期+25%、-6.6%、+14%、+3.5%、+4.2%；长三角水泥价格多地上涨20-30 元/吨（第三轮提价节奏超预期），库容降至40%，出货率提升至105%（数字水泥）；玻纤部分产品价格上调300-500 元/吨（卓创资讯），中长线仍有提涨预期；建筑用白玻周价格环比上涨35 元。
