《北京商报》9月17日消息，交通部发布《关于加快新能源汽车推广应用的实施意见（征求意见稿）》（以下简称《意见稿》），提出至2020年，新能源汽车在交通运输行业的应用初具规模，在城市公交、出租汽车和城市物流配送等领域的总量达到30万辆；新能源汽车配套服务设施基本完备，新能源汽车运营效率和安全水平明显提升，新能源汽车对城市交通运输节能减排的贡献率达到20%。《意见稿》提出，争取当地人民政府支持，对新能源汽车不实行限行或购买约束政策。

2014年8月，汽车市场仍处传统淡季，当月汽车产销总体稳定，同比实现小幅增长。乘用车产销表现依然优于汽车市场总体，商用车市场依旧低迷，产销量环比、同比均有不同程度下降，且同比降幅较上月扩大。8月，中国品牌乘用车和轿车销售情况略有好转，市场份额较上月均有一定程度提升，但仍低于上年同期水平，其中中国品牌轿车市场占有率与上年同期差距更为明显。小排量乘用车市场份额较上月略降，但较上年同期有所提高。8月，我国汽车企业出口依然低迷，环比、同比仍未摆脱下滑局面，但降幅较上月有所收窄。全国汽车市场价格保持平稳，国产汽车与进口汽车价格均稳中小幅升降。2014年1-7月，汽车工业重点企业（集团）主要经济指标保持不同程度增长，但增幅与1-6月相比均有回落。
