  • 51141.甲醇混合气自燃的压力振荡特性研究

    以一台增压中冷压燃式发动机为试验样机,在其第1缸进行甲醇混合气自燃试验,分析甲醇自燃的压力振荡特性,研究超级爆震中破坏性压力波形成的规律。研究结果表明:随着过量空气系数的减小,甲醇自燃的概率有上升的趋势;而在同一过量空气系数下,上止点前着火的循环最高燃烧压力和压力振荡幅度远大于上止点后着火的循环,振荡频率也较高,并且随着着火时刻靠近上止点,最高燃烧压力和压力振荡的幅度与频率均增大;自燃时刻位于上止点前附近时,压力振荡的破坏性最大;甲醇自燃与超级爆震类似,具有间歇性。

  • 51142.基于EEMD形态谱和KFCM聚类集成的滚动轴承故障诊断方法研究

    针对滚动轴承的故障诊断问题,提出了一种基于集总经验模态分解(EEMD)、形态谱特征提取和核模糊C均值聚类(KFCMC)集成的故障诊断新方法。首先,对实测的滚动轴承振动信号进行EEMD分解,得到若干个代表不同振动模态的内禀模态函数(IMF);其次,基于峭度、能量和均方差三个评价指标,从分解得到的若干个IMF分量中选出含有故障特征信息最丰富的3个IMF分量作为诊断用的数据源;然后在选定尺度范围内提取每个IMF分量的形态谱平均值,将三个形态谱平均值构成一个三维特征向量,作为一个样本,形成样本集;最后,利用KFCMC完成对滚动轴承不同故障的分类识别。此外,为了对比说明该方法的识别效果,还将振动信号用经...

  • 51143.基于Cruise的燃料电池增程式电动汽车再生制动转矩分配策略研究

    以锂电池SOC、车速和制动强度为约束条件,提出2种针对燃料电池增程式电动汽车再生制动转矩的分配策略。基于Cruise/Simulink联合仿真平台,对2种制动转矩分配策略进行了对比分析。结果表明,与并联再生制动系统相比,在4种典型工况下串联再生制动系统的锂电池单独驱动续驶里程增加率最大达11.66%,总续驶里程增加率最大达12.08%,制动能量回收率均增加了29%以上。
