国企改革助推央国企估值重塑。十八届三中全会以来，国企改革深入实施，国有企业提质增效成果显著。2023年起，国资委开展新一轮国企改革深化提升行动，2024年国务院发布新“国九条”，加强对企业市值管理的指引和监管，看好机械板块央国企内在价值提升与市场表现。央国企投资价值愈加受到市场关注，国改背景下，可以从五点逻辑梳理机械板块央国企估值模型的重塑。其中包括基本面因素、科技 创新因素、市值管理因素、整合重组因素和ESG因素共五点逻辑。

产销层面，3月新能源乘用车产销分别为86.3万辆和88.3万辆，同比分别增加28.1%和35.3%，环比分别增加86.0%和85.1%，市场占有率达到32.8%。车企层面，比亚迪纯电动与插混双驱动夯实自主品牌新能源领先地位。同时，以赛力斯、理想、长安、零跑等为代表的增程式电动车表现尤为较强。产品投放层面，随着自主车企在新能源路线上的多线并举，市场基盘持续扩大。批发层面，月新能源乘用车批发销量达到81.0万辆，同比增长31.1%，环比增长81.3%；3月批发渗透率达37.0%，同比增加6.0pcts。零售层面，3月新能源车市场零售70.9万辆，同比增长29.5% ，环比增长82.5% ；3月零售渗透率达41.6%，同比增加7.4pcts。
