    The luminous efficiency do make four impact factors confused such as existing of dissipated light,ability for transmission of lighting sources,distortion of visual effects and different values of power choosing during the luminous efficiency comparison under its current definition.In this paper,the equivalent luminous efficiency was introduced based on the discussion of these factors which maintains the form of current definition of luminous efficiency while it sets the equivalent coefficient to make test results comparable under different measurement conditions,so as to be clear when we compare and evaluate the properties of energy-saving and luminescence of luminaries.

    This paper constructs a new type experimental investigation of a heat storage solar water heater-water/air source heat pump double stage coupling capillary network radiation heating system, The system is a combination of a solar clean, reproducibility and water/air source heat pump energy saving property, is a kind of energy saving, pollution-free energy efficient system.In Qinhuangdao local climatic conditions test capillary network radiation heating, water source heat pump, air source heat pump operation parameters, analyzes the system as a whole, it is concluded that the operation of heat storage solar water heater-water/air source heat pump double stage coupling capillary network radiation heating system is suitable for in Qinhuangdao climate condition in application.

    In recent technology demonstrations, data from occupancy sensors tracking plug load reductions with occupancy have shown energy-saving potential for both business and nonbusiness hours. Also, dense panel-level sub-metering has been used to quantify whole-building receptacle circuit energy consumption, energy savings, and return on investment for the whole building. Receptacle-level metering has been used to show the plug load energy consumption of individual devices and workstations. This paper documents the process (and results) of applying advanced power strips with various control approaches.

Driven by public demand and by government initiatives, cool roofing has been a recognized low cost method to reduce energy demand by reflecting sunlight away from structures and back into the atmosphere. By use of commonly available calculators, one can analyze the potential energy savings based on environmental conditions and construction practices.

  • 2606.使用光还原法的聚四氟乙烯工业废水中全氟化碳的消除

    Decomposition and defluorination of PFCs in wastewater by photo-induced hydrated electrons was well and firstly investigated in this paper.In this work the proposed method was tested to deal with PFCs containing wastewaters from a Teflon-manufacturing plant in Jiangsu Province, China.95.5% of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) was decomposed after 12 hours treatment and defluorination rate of PFCs could reach about 60%.PFCs were transformed into harmless fluoride, acetic acid and formic acid.It was suggested this system can efficiently decompose PFCs from fluorine chemical plant.In brief, this study demonstrates that the photo-reduction is a high efficient, energy-saving method which produced less-toxic products for PFCs removal, compared with activated carbon absorption and combustion.

  • 2607.诱导辐射单元的热舒适性特征分析

    Through data collation and results analysis,obtains thermal comfort superiority and energy-saving potential of the reduced radiation air conditioning.The results show that the temperature distribution in the room stalled by the reduced radiation units is uniform, without sense of temperature difference and ventilation, providing an ultra-comfortable environment and that the indoor setting temperature can be up to 27℃ on the premise of meeting comfort requirement.At the same time, air supply of low temperature can be achieved without condensation, reflecting the energy-saving potential of the system.These provide a reference for design of the induced radiation air conditioning system and further study.

  • 2610.干湿循环对三峡支流消落带沉积物中可转化态氮及其形态分布的影响

    水体富营养化的形成与沉积物中氮素的“源-汇”关系密切,本研究选取三峡典型支流澎溪河消落带上、中、下这3个水文断面,160M和170M两个水位高程,0~20、20~40、40~60、60~80、80~100cm共5个深度的沉积物样品,通过研究其总可转化态氮(TF-N)与各形态可转化态氮含量及分布特征,旨在揭示周期性水位变化对消落带沉积物氮释放的影响。结果表明,澎溪河消落带沉积物总氮含量在313.02~3255.53mg﹒kg-1之间,空间分布上呈上站位(渠口)>中站位(高阳)>下站位(双江)的趋势;总可转化态氮含量范围为288.54~1123.27 mg﹒kg-1,均值为639.40 mg﹒kg-1,空间分布趋势与总氮一致;TF-N中各形态氮的大小顺序为:OSF-N(有机态和硫化物结合态)>IMOF-N(铁锰结合态)>CF-N(碳酸盐结合态)>IEF-N(离子交换态)。沉积物中TF-N主要以OSF-N(50.9%)和IMOF-N(33.3%)形态存在。OSF-N很难释放,不易参与氮循环。IMOF-N受水文条件影响显著,表现为在低水位高程和下采样站位沉积物中含量更低。淹水胁迫、水体富营养化等情况下氧含量较低,相对还原条件下有利于其向水体释放。而TF-N及其形态分布在垂直深度上无显著差异。可见,三峡库区特殊调蓄水制度加速了澎溪河下流、低水位高程消落带沉积物中IMOF-N向水体的释放。
