近期以来，关于物流企业融资上市的消息屡见报端。7月份，中国邮政速递物流（EMS）申请在上交所上市通过发审会，上市已无悬念；8月22日，伽玛物流集团成功以配售方式于香港联合交易所创业板上市；近日，又传出韵达快递开始进行快递业务的上市筹备工作。但实际上，物流企业能够成功上市或有资格上市的物流企业所占比重并不是很大。对于广大物流企业来说，上市融资之路尤为艰难，荆棘满布。令人欣慰的是，日前国务院办公厅发布关于金融支持小微企业发展的实施意见，其中明确指出支持小微企业上市融资。这无疑给融资吃力、上市艰难的广大中小或小微物流企业注入了一针强心剂。那么，中小物流企业上市融资之路是否可以变得平坦？

物流园区“招商难”问题已经是老生常谈的话题。最近一个时期，国家经济增速出现放缓态势，产业经济面临转型升级，导致物流园区的发展变得愈发困难，招商难问题变得更加凸显，十分值得关注。如何使投资大回报时间长的物流园区尽快产生效益，是摆在物流园区开发商面前的主要问题，而招商引资又是这其中的核心问题。分析招商难成因，积极找出应对策略，才能使物流园区得到健康持续发展。“难”在哪里？“受经济环境影响，我国绝大多数物流园区经济效益明显下滑，甚至原来效益比较好的一些项目，目前也经常处于亏损状态，一批项目处于进退两难的境地。”北京中物研系统工程技术研究院院长蒋坚道出了我国物流园区当前的现状。而对于招商问题，蒋坚认为，面对如此严峻的形势，招商难问题进一步加剧。那么，造成物流园区招商困难的到底原因是什么？

A fleet management system helps fleet vehicle operators to better manage various fleet vehicles. It also helps solve various issues related to increasing operational costs, driver safety, new government regulations, handling mixed fleet, hazardous driving conditions, vehicle breakdown, and congested roads.
