物流园区“招商难”问题已经是老生常谈的话题。最近一个时期，国家经济增速出现放缓态势，产业经济面临转型升级，导致物流园区的发展变得愈发困难，招商难问题变得更加凸显，十分值得关注。如何使投资大回报时间长的物流园区尽快产生效益，是摆在物流园区开发商面前的主要问题，而招商引资又是这其中的核心问题。分析招商难成因，积极找出应对策略，才能使物流园区得到健康持续发展。“难”在哪里？“受经济环境影响，我国绝大多数物流园区经济效益明显下滑，甚至原来效益比较好的一些项目，目前也经常处于亏损状态，一批项目处于进退两难的境地。”北京中物研系统工程技术研究院院长蒋坚道出了我国物流园区当前的现状。而对于招商问题，蒋坚认为，面对如此严峻的形势，招商难问题进一步加剧。那么，造成物流园区招商困难的到底原因是什么？

A fleet management system helps fleet vehicle operators to better manage various fleet vehicles. It also helps solve various issues related to increasing operational costs, driver safety, new government regulations, handling mixed fleet, hazardous driving conditions, vehicle breakdown, and congested roads. Now-a-days fleet managers are increasingly adopting these systems to deal with the many issues that arise from time to time.
