过去十年中国电影行业经历了快速增长,我们认为这一趋势将持续;我们预计2020 年中国总票房将达人民币1,084 亿元(2014 年之后的年均复合增速为24%),观影人次将翻番至30 亿(年均复合增长24%),主要受到以下因素推动:1) 中国娱乐支出的上升,2) 电影票价承受能力的改善,3) 电影观众及其偏好的变化,也即新一代年轻人成为消费者主力、网上购票比例上升。我们还预计供应将增长以满足需求的增长,银幕数量将达到73,000 左右(年均复合增长21%),原因在于丰厚的院线回报和商业地产的开发支撑了影院的扩张。
