新冠小分子治疗药物方面，国内仅批准辉瑞的新冠药物Paxlovid，售价2300 元/疗程。从价格可负担性和供应安全来思考，我们仍然需要国产的新冠药物。目前国产的新冠药物研发的信号通路主要集中在3CL 蛋白酶和RNA 依赖的RNA 聚合酶这两者的抑制过程上，亦有其他原理设计，相对丰富。阿兹夫定已完成III 期临床，预计于近期披露数据，建议关注国产新冠药的进展。

分地区来看，我们认为固生堂线下中医馆的内生增长速度与医馆问诊的饱和度呈一定的负相关。即医馆看诊相对不饱和的地区有更高的内生增长率。我们构建了“每百平方米每周问诊人次”这一指标对医馆看诊的饱和程度进行衡量。这一指标的地区差异较大，最低为北京的59人次，最高为宁波的167 人次。因此，我们预计目前看诊相对不饱和的上海、北京地区未来有较快的内生增长，而看诊相对饱和的宁波、福州地区则需要通过自建、并购或扩建进行扩张。

2022 年一季度，国内血制品主要品种批签发批次快速增长。疫苗行业总计实现批签发887 批次，同比减少5%，HPV 疫苗等品种仍维持高速增长。
