疫情前DRAM位元供需缺口为5.4%。根据DRAMeXchange 数据，疫情前20 年DRAM位元供给增速为12.2%，需求增速为17.6%，供需缺口为5.4%（供需缺口是14 年以来最大的一次）。

自去年12 月起NAND 和DRAM 现货价陆续起涨，NAND 涨幅更加明显。根据Bloomberg 数据，NAND 和DRAM 现货价已陆续自去年12 月起涨。具体来看，NAND 现货价自去年12 月上旬起涨，不同规格容量差异较大，截至2/28 日，TLC 512G 上涨33%，TLC 256G 上涨48%，TLC 128G 上涨7%。DRAM 本次涨价滞后两周左右，自去年12 月中旬起涨，不同规格容量涨幅均匀，DDR4 8G 上涨23%，DDR4 4G 上涨24%，DDR3 4G上涨21%。
