7 月碳酸锂价格再次进入下行通道，月末价格相较月初下降9.6%。随着上游供应逐步充裕，下游厂商继续延续低 库存水位策略，7 月碳酸锂价格逐步下跌并于中旬跌破30 万大关，8 月初碳酸锂价格加速下跌至25 万元/吨。 从国内情况来看，7 月份国内锂电池储能系统中标项目合计4384MWh，环比下降1016MWh，中标项目主要为大型能 源企业集采项目，同时有少量新能源、电网侧配储及共享电站储能系统开标。7 月0.5C 储能系统加权中标均价1.01 元/Wh，较6 月均价下降0.04 元/Wh，较1 月均价下降31%，随着下半年装机旺季到来及大型能源央企集采项目逐步开 标，我们预计未来3~4 个月储能中标量将继续持续增长。

近日，第五批国家专精特新“小巨人”企业名单出炉，全国总计 3671 家，相较于第四批的 4357 家，总数首次出现一定程度减少。目前，前五批“小巨人”数量共计 12,950 家，已经完成《优质中小企业梯度培育管理暂行办法》中1 万家的培育目标。地城分布上来看，第五批东部“小巨人”企业占比从第四批的 64%增加到了 75%，其余地区企业数量占比都有所收缩。具体地城分布上，与第四批的“小巨人”对比，第五批“小巨人”的地城分布更加集中，数量占比最高的 Top3 省份合计数量占比达到 50.04%，分别为江苏省的 795 家、广东的 348 家、浙江省315 家其中“小巨人”最多的江苏省数量占比达到 21.66%。地域数量Top3 占比的省份第四批与第五批相同。第五批“小巨人”比第四批数量占比增加的地区为江苏、广东、天津、内蒙古、宁夏。
