特斯拉的秘密宏图中说：我们计划整合能源再生和存储。我们要创造整体的、美观的太阳能板和电池集成产品，使之成为个人的供电设备，继而在全世界实现规模化效应。特斯拉准备扩大Powerwall，而Solarctiy 则准备提供丰富的差异化太阳能产品，将两家公司整合在一起。

宝马集团收入首次超过1000 亿，达1042.1 亿欧元，同比增长7.6%。其中汽车集团贡献916.8 亿欧，同比增长7%。但净利润下降29%至50亿元，主要受到汽车集团盈利能力下降的影响，电动车比例的不断增加相应降低了盈利水平。此外，宝马研发费用进一步提升，达到59.5 亿欧元，同比增加12%。
