Research of college classroom intelligent Lighting control system is based on the point of view of intelligence and energy saving.Considering the phenomenon of lighting waste and poor system management,a design of high stability and low power consumption intelligent Light control system is proposed.Through the research of distribution method of light source and the application of CAN bus communications technologies,this paper mainly introduces a distributed light control system based on ARM.According to the demand of indoor illumination,the system can achieve real-time and accurate regulation of all classrooms' lights.Compared with the traditional lighting control system,besides the characteristic of energy saving,the system also is characterized by strong anti-interference and intelligent management etc.

1542.用于活动和手势识别的人体传感器网络

The last decade has witnessed a rapid surge of interest in new sensing and monitoring devices for health care applications. An important development in this area is that of Body Sensor Networks (BSN) that operate in a pervasive manner for on-body applications. Intelligent processing of the sensor streams from BSN is key to the success of applications that rely on this framework. In this chapter we dwell upon one application of BSN that involved processing of wearable accelerometer data for recognizing ambulatory or simple activities and activity gestures. We elaborate on the different steps such as feature extraction and classification involved in the processing of raw sensor data for detecting activities and gestures. We also discuss various aspects associated with a real-time simple activity recognition system such as computational complexity and factors that emerge considering that the sensors are worn by humans. While some of these factors are common to wireless sensor networks in general, the discussion of the chapter is focused on the BSN system developed by us for recognizing simple activities and activity gestures.

This work describes the idea of an adaptive semantic layer for large-scale databases, allowing to effectively handle a large amount of information. This effect is reached by providing an opportunity to search information on the basis of generalized concepts, or in other words, linguistic descriptions. These concepts are formulated by the user in natural language, and modelled by fuzzy sets, defined on the universe of the significances of the characteristics of the data base objects. After adjustment of user's concepts based on search results, we have "personalized semantics" for all terms which particular person uses for communications with data base or social networks (for example, "young person" will be different for teenager and for old person; "good restaurant" will be different for people with different income, age, etc.).

In chaos-based communications, it is essential to know and to control the spectral features of the chaotic signals to be transmitted, since every communication channel is bandlimited to some extent. In this chapter, we review a proposal of discrete-time communication system using chaotic synchronization in which the spectrum of the transmitted signals can be moderately shaped. Numerical studies on the Lyapunov exponents of the generated signals are presented and related to the performance of this chaotic communication system.

1545.无线传感器网络的移动运行平台的设计和实现

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) promise the ability to monitor physical environments and to facilitate control of cyber-physical systems. Because sensors networks can generate large amounts of data, and wireless bandwidth is both limited and energy hungry, local processing becomes necessary to minimize communication. However, for reasons of energy efficiency and production costs, embedded nodes have relatively slow processors and small memories. This makes programming sensor networks harder and requires new tools for distributed computing. We have developed ActorNet, an implementation of the Actor model of computing for sensor networks which facilitates programming by treating a sensor network as an open distributed computing platform. ActorNet provides a high-level actor programming language: users can write dynamic applications for a single cross-platform runtime environment with support for heterogeneous and physically separated WSNs. This shields application developers from some hardware-specific concerns. Moreover, unlike other programming systems for WSNs, ActorNet supports agent mobility and automatic garbage collection. We describe the ActorNet language and runtime system and how it achieves reasonable performance in a WSN.

This paper proposes a method of motor-position acquisition from hall sensors installed on the mover of linear synchronous motor. The sensors are combined to Dual-rate sampling observer to estimate motor speed and position. Then this paper describes a design method of speed and position controllers for smooth transition between alternating speed and position control. And the parameters of speed controller are variable with motor speed.

There is a clear demand for simpler and more efficient procedures to obtain biochemical information on different fields. Along evolution in new analytical technologies, the use of biosensors is a clear option for a fast, simple, and cheap gathering of information. In the last decade, a new trend in the sensor field has arisen, which is to couple multidimensional sensor information with advanced computer processing strategies; when this approach uses biosensors, the developed devices, known as BioETs, may provide further advances, deriving applications of qualitative and quantitative nature, even custom adapted to specific requirements. This chapter, apart from introducing general ideas, has shown two BioET developments, in this case with departure point on different sensor transduction techniques.

1548.MOSFET技术的双刀四掷射频开关

With the development of modern silicon technology, more and more high-frequency circuits can be implemented in standard complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) processes. The feasibility of RF ICs in standard CMOS process is established, and the trend in putting all components of a system on a chip includes integration of the transceiver (T/R) antenna switch. In this book, we have designed a double-gate (DG) MOSFET and double-pole four-throw (DP4T) RF switch to enhance its performance for the next generation wireless communication systems. Further we have combined the ideas of DG MOSFET and DP4T switch to design a novel DP4T DG RF CMOS switch. The designed DP4T DG RF CMOS switch can route four inputs to two outputs at a time or vice versa. So it is twice effective as compared to the previously existing SPDT switches. In the DG MOSFET, the gates are only on the two sides of the substrate. Hence, to utilize all the sides of the substrate, we have widened the gate all around the device and designed like a cylinder. Therefore, we extend this work to the cylindrical surrounding double-gate (CSDG) MOSFET. It has less contact area with the board compared to the other MOSFETs. Due to the circular source and drain, the gate contact with the source and drain is on a long circular region, which avoids the gate misalignment. This work has been extended by replacing SiO_2 with HfO_2 as a high dielectric material to design DG MOSFET. Finally, we have analyzed the image acquisition of DG MOSFET and CSDG MOSFETs for the purpose of RF switch. The proposed model emphasized on the basics of single image sensor for two-dimensional images of a three-dimensional device, so that we can obtain a satisfactory device parameter.

1549.李雅普诺夫的分布式MPC方案:顺序和迭代途径

In this chapter, we focus on two distributed MPC (DMPC) schemes for the control of large-scale nonlinear systems in which several distinct sets of manipulated inputs are used to regulate the system. In the first scheme, the distributed controllers use a one-directional communication strategy, are evaluated in sequence and each controller is evaluated once at each sampling time; in the second scheme, the distributed controllers utilize a bi-directional communication strategy, are evaluated in parallel and iterate to improve closed-loop performance. In the design of the distributed controllers, Lyapunov-based model predictive control techniques are used. To ensure the stability of the closed-loop system, each model predictive controller in both schemes incorporates a stability constraint which is based on a suitable Lyapunov-based controller. We review the properties of the two DMPC schemes from stability, performance, computational complexity points of view. Subsequently, we briefly discuss the applications of the DMPC schemes to chemical processes and renewable energy generation systems.

1550.超低功耗无线传感器网络的CH_4监控

We propose a novel method to reveal and measure natural gas presence in air, using commercial off-the-self available MOX gas sensors in wireless sensor network applications. This technique reduces the power consumed by the catalytic sensors of a factor 10×, by an analysis on a reduced sampled period and thus extending the autonomy of battery operated systems. The information about the gas concentration is extracted from the sensor transient response through a discrete cosine transform (DCT) analysis and permits to immediately discriminate between clean-air and hazardous situations. The characterization of the sensing device has been conducted using a wide range of humidity and environmental conditions to demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach and a detailed comparison with the standard usage has been performed. Finally, the technique has been implemented in a Wireless Sensor Network designed specifically to measure air-quality in a large area and to share information over the internet.
