    The luminous efficiency do make four impact factors confused such as existing of dissipated light,ability for transmission of lighting sources,distortion of visual effects and different values of power choosing during the luminous efficiency comparison under its current definition.In this paper,the equivalent luminous efficiency was introduced based on the discussion of these factors which maintains the form of current definition of luminous efficiency while it sets the equivalent coefficient to make test results comparable under different measurement conditions,so as to be clear when we compare and evaluate the properties of energy-saving and luminescence of luminaries.

  • 2755.诱导辐射单元的热舒适特性分析

    Induces the operating principle of the induced radiation unit and studies the uniformity of indoor temperature distribution in the space and time, comfort and dewing condensation based on the PMV-PPD thermal comfort evaluation system.Through data collation and results analysis,obtains thermal comfort superiority and energy-saving potential of the reduced radiation air conditioning.The results show that the temperature distribution in the room stalled by the reduced radiation units is uniform, without sense of temperature difference and ventilation, providing an ultra-comfortable environment and that the indoor setting temperature can be up to 27℃ on the premise of meeting comfort requirement.At the same time, air supply of low temperature can be achieved without condensation, reflecting the energy-saving potential of the system.These provide a reference for design of the induced radiation air conditioning system and further study.

  • 2756.富氧燃烧技术的应用和经济预测水泥工业回转窑

    Using combustion theory to research on the technical theoretical features of oxygen-enriched combustion technology application to the cement industry kiln.On the basis of this,engineering projects of that,a certain enterprise 3000 t/d cement clinker production line applied oxygen-enriched combustion technology,and its economic evaluation were calculated.The results showed that:applying Oxygen-enriched combustion technology to the existing cement clinker calcined equipments,the coal powder consumption,the volume of flue gas and CO2 concentration in the flue gas of unit cement clinker occurred regular changes,When the O2 concentration increased from 21% to 30%,the coal powder consumption decreased by 17.78%,the flue gas volume was reduced by 12.73% and the CO2 concentration in the flue gas increased to 76.57%.If the enterprise used the oxygen-enriched atmosphere of O2 concentration for 30% to form the coal combustion,it can save coal about 71.87 t/d,equipment production capacity increase by 41.75% and capture CO2 products about 2662 t.Every year,this resulted in the profit increasing 103 million yuan.

  • 2757.利用强大的洋流进行船舶定线

    From the Surface Velocity Program (SVP) drifter current data, a detailed and complete track of strong ocean currents in the north-western Pacific is provided using the bin average method. The focus of this study is on the Kuroshio, the strong western boundary current of the North Pacific flowing northward along the east coast of Taiwan and then turning eastward off southern Japan. With its average flow speed of about 2 knots, the Kuroshio can significantly increase the ship s speed for a super-slow-steaming container ship travelling at speeds of 12 knots between the ports of Southeast Asia and Japan. By properly utilizing knowledge of strong ocean currents to follow the Kuroshio on the northbound runs and avoid it on the return trip, considerable fuel can be saved and the transit time can be reduced. In the future, the detailed Kuroshio saving-energy route could be built into electronic chart systems for all navigators and shipping routers.

  • 2758.基于低碳的能源消费的粗略估计与甘肃省旅游CO2排放

    Low-carbon tourism is proposed as a new pattern to develop the global low-carbon economy, which goes with the tide in the global climate of change.Because tourism industry has a so close association with another industries that almost every link of tourism activities could be related to energy consumption and CO2 emission.So, energy conservation and emission reduction constitute an important part of developing low-carbon tourism.This article selects GanSu Province, the weak ecological environment, as the research object.In accordance with the documents research and mathematical statistics, and the "bottom-up" study method., we made an research on energy consumption and the CO2 emission of GanSu province from the tourism travel , tourism accommodation, and tourism activities, respectively.From the result, GanSu's tourism with low-carbon and energy-saving characteristics, accounting for 0.45% energy consumptions and 0.86% CO2 emission in that of the GanSu's tourism.It shows that tourism fits in with the requirements of low-carbon tourism development.However, one of the most important factor in the tourism energy consumption and the CO2 emission is the tourism transportation, accounting for 68.83% energy consumptions and 65.96% CO2 emission in that of tourism respectively, which should be focus on as the key link in low-carbon tourism development.

    The existing parallel type pressurized water supply pipeline of high-rise buildings has been improved to build energy-saving high-rise building water supply systems.Series-parallel combined constant pressure water supply pipeline is designed.Antipollution high water tank is reasonably installed above the middle area of the building to supply water for the middle area high water tank and supply pressurized water by water pumps for high-rise district.And PLC control system is designed to control the work efficiency of the water pumps according to the sensor feedback information.Verified by calculation and simulation,series-parallel combined constant pressure water supply pipeline is better than parallel water supply pipes in saving the energy which is about the middle-Hybrid phase consumption of the latter.PLC control is simulated and the results show that PLC can effectively control the water supply system to ensure stable water pressure so as to save energy.

    Research of college classroom intelligent Lighting control system is based on the point of view of intelligence and energy saving.Considering thc phenomenon of lighting waste and poor system management,a design of high stability and low power consumption intelligent Light control system is proposed.Through the research of distribution method of light source and the application of CAN bus communications technologies,this paper mainly introduces a distributed light control system based on ARM.According to the demand of indoor illumination,the system can achieve real-time and accurate regulation of all classrooms' lights.Compared with the traditional lighting control system,besides the characteristic of energy saving,the system also is characterized by strong anti-interference and intelligent management etc.
