511.环氧基笼型倍半硅氧烷对氰酸酯树脂的增韧改性及固化反应性能研究

通过熔融共混法制备了高韧性氰酸酯树脂(CE)/八环氧基笼型倍半硅氧烷(G-POSS)杂化材料,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,G-POSS能提高CE的固化反应速率,增加材料的韧性;当G-POSS的含量为7份时,改性树脂固化物的冲击强度最高,达到23.8kJ/m2,与CE相比提高了158%。

512.热塑性淀粉增韧改性聚酰胺6的研究

将甘油增塑玉米淀粉制得的热塑性淀粉(TPS)与聚酰胺6(PA6)进行熔融共混,制备PA6/TPS共混物,研究不同含量的甘油和TPS对PA6/TPS共混物性能的影响,并探讨TPS增韧PA6的机理。采用万能试验机、溶体流动速率仪和扫描电子显微镜对改性PA6进行表征。结果表明,加入TPS后,共混物的冲击强度和拉伸模量有所提高,而拉伸强度和熔体流动速率略有下降,表明TPS对PA6起到了有机刚性粒子增韧的作用;TPS对PA6的增韧机理主要是界面脱黏、空化作用;甘油含量对TPS改性PA6的韧性影响显著,甘油含量为25%的TPS添加量为25%时,其增韧效果最好,冲击强度比PA6提高了63%。

513.氢氧化镁/氢氧化铝混合微胶囊阻燃剂的制备及其性能研究

将氢氧化镁(MH)和氢氧化铝(ATH)等质量混合得到复配物(MA),在碱性条件下利用原位聚合法用密胺树脂(MF)对其进行微胶囊改性,得到改性MA(M-MA),通过熔融共混制备了EVA/M-MA复合材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热失重分析(TG)等仪器对M-MA的结构和热稳定性进行分析表征,通过力学性能和极限氧指数研究M-MA的效果。结果表明,M-MA在1600~1300cm-1之间出现MF的特征峰;MF的包覆使得MA的结晶受到影响,颗粒尺寸变小;M-MA的热稳定性得到一定程度的提高,同时其对EVA复合材料的热稳定性提高的效果较为显著;M-MA改性复合材料的极限氧指数和力学性能优于MA改性的复合材料。

514.氧化石墨-酚醛树脂包覆阻燃可发性聚苯乙烯

将石墨进行氧化处理得到氧化石墨(GO),采用GO与酚醛树脂(PF)进行原位插层聚合,得到体系均一稳定含氧化石墨的酚醛树脂(GP)。将GP作为阻燃型包覆剂包覆在预发泡的可发性聚苯乙烯(EPS)表面,得到阻燃性EPS保温板,并对材料的阻燃性能、保温性能及力学性能等进行测试。结果表明,GP能明显提高EPS的阻燃性能,但在GP或GO用量较多时,材料的保温性能和力学性能均有所下降。

515.玄武岩短纤维增强硅橡胶复合材料的制备及性能

硅橡胶具有良好的耐热性、耐候性、耐寒性、介电性、耐臭氧性和耐老化性能等,且使用温度宽,可在-60℃(或更低温度)至250℃(或更高的温度)下长期使用。但硅橡胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度等力学性能较差,在常温下其力学性能不及大多数合成橡胶。针对硅橡胶力学性能较差和不能单独加工成型的问题,本研究通过加入化学组成与玻璃纤维相似的玄武岩纤维(BF)来改善硅橡胶的力学性能,以制备性能优异的硅橡胶复合材料,考察了硅烷偶联剂Si69与KH550、BF用量和硫化条件对复合材料力学性能的影响。

517.低滚动阻力轿车轮胎胎面配方的材料选择

在保证良好轮胎抗湿滑性能的前提下降低滚动阻力是轮胎设计者一直努力的目标。2012年11月欧洲标签法规EC1222/2009开始实施,滚动阻力和湿滑指数作为三项指标中的重要两项被强制贴标执行,进一步促进了国内外绿色低滚动阻力轮胎的研发进展。开发低滚动阻力轮胎必须以保障安全为前提,因为许多降低滚动阻力的途径会带来抗湿滑性能的下降。以欧洲标签轮胎为例,为了保证安全性能,半钢子午线轮胎抗湿滑指数比较认可的等级是达到1.25-1.39的C级水平,而达到1.40-1.54的B级甚至A级水平则更受欢迎。根据胎面温度依赖性,抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力与不同温度下动态粘弹性能有对应关系,要确保达到抗湿滑指数C级水平,按照设计经验,0℃下的损耗因子(tanδ)-般要在0.30以上,在此前提下,进行低滚动阻力轿车轮胎胎面设计才具有现实意义。本研究以此为,前提,围绕与低滚动阻力轿车轮胎胎面设计相关性较强的材料进行试验,重点考察混炼胶动态性能,以期提供低滚动阻力轮胎胎面配方材料选择要点。
