RO is a technology that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove dissolved salts or organic molecules. 以车灯导光条光学透明塑件注塑成型为例,采用数值模拟技术和实验方法,考察成型工艺对车灯导光条注塑成型缺陷的影响,通过多种方案的比较,获得了合理的注塑成型工艺参数,并改进了模温控制系统,经试模,车灯导光条塑料制品光学性能达到预期要求。
