494.PVC用衣康酸镧复合热稳定剂的制备与应用研究

采用皂化法合成了衣康酸镧,利用刚果红法考察了与其他热稳定剂的多元复配效果,得到PVC衣康酸镧复合热稳定剂,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱探讨了复合热稳定剂对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定机理,并用转矩流变仪、动态力学谱仪测定其加工性能和力学性能。结果表明,衣康酸镧、季戊四醇、硬脂酸钙、β-二酮质量比为3.5∶1∶1∶1时协同效果最佳,可使PVC试样的静态及动态热稳定时间达到66.0min和36.8min,并能较好地抑制初期着色性,其加工性能和力学性能与铅盐体系、硬脂酸镧复合热稳定体系相当,优于钙锌复合热稳定体系;复合热稳定剂在加热初期可减缓PVC脱除HCl的反应速率,抑制共轭多烯的形成,提高热稳定性能。

根据旋塑成型的工艺特点、旋塑模具的设计及加工要求,通过合理地设计全塑车身的结构,使其在满足外观整体一次造型的前提下,实现结构与功能的有效结合,主要体现在外观与C面一体化过程中,整车车身与灯罩、挡泥板、翼子板、引擎盖等关键部位的有效结合,实现全塑车身的一体化和轻量化。

496.基于CAE的壳类制件翘曲变形的模具设计优化

探讨了注塑工艺中壳类制品发生翘曲变形的原因及相应的解决措施,借助Moldflow软件对复杂壳塑件进行了注塑仿真模拟,分析浇口的位置及数量的变化对制品翘曲变形的影响,从而得到最佳的模具结构设计,解决了该壳注塑过程中出现的翘曲变形问题,并通过生产实际验证了分析结果。

497.PS/PETG共混物的流变性能和发泡行为研究

采用密炼机制备了聚苯乙烯(PS)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己二甲醇酯(PETG)共混物;以超临界二氧化碳(CO2)为物理发泡剂,采用釜压法制备了PS和PS/PETG共混物发泡试样。通过旋转流变仪、扫描电子显微镜对PS和PS/PETG共混物的流变性能和泡沫的泡孔形态进行了表征。结果表明,加入PETG没有对PS的流变性能产生明显的影响,但对PS泡沫的泡孔形态影响显著,加入10%的PETG时,其平均泡孔直径由纯PS的22.68μm降至7.58μm,泡孔密度由3.45×108个/cm3提高到4.47×109个/cm3,泡孔尺寸分布明显变窄,说明PETG在PS中起到明显的气泡成核作用。

简介了热塑性淀粉(TPS)的性质,分别总结了TPS/聚乳酸(PLA)共混物、TPS/聚己内酯(PCL)共混物、TPS/醇酸共聚酯共混物、TPS/聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)共混物、TPS/聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混物等热塑性淀粉与合成聚合物共混体系研究现状,以及TPS与天然大分子的共混体系研究现状,并提出了淀粉基生物降解塑料目前存在的问题及今后发展方向。

499.新型阻燃剂硅酸三(2,3-二溴丙基)三溴苯酯的合成与应用

以三溴苯酚、四氯化硅及2,3-二溴丙醇为主要原料合成新型硅、溴协同高效阻燃剂硅酸三(2,3-二溴丙基)三溴苯酯(STTE),探讨了加料顺序、溶剂、反应温度、反应时间及物质的量比等对产率的影响,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振谱仪和极限氧指数仪等分析手段对产物的分子结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明,使用20份STTE作为阻燃剂时,聚氯乙烯(PVC)的极限氧指数达到39.5%,具有良好的增塑、成炭和防熔融滴落效果。

500.自洁型非对称同向双螺杆挤出机混合分析

设计了自洁型非对称同向双螺杆,并采用实验研究及数值模拟方法分析其混合特性。采用活性纳米CaCO3(nano-CaCO3)填充线形低密度聚乙烯(PE-LLD)的体系进行实验研究,在挤出量一定的前提下分别在自洁型非对称同向双螺杆挤出机以及普通同向双螺杆挤出机上造粒,通过扫描电子显微镜观察产品中nano-CaCO3分布情况。结果表明,非对称双螺杆挤出PE-LLD/nano-CaCO3复合材料中nano-CaCO3分布较为均匀,粒径尺寸更小,具有明显的增韧效果,这与数值模拟结果一致。
